You see, In wrestling when a performer has been hit with a move, The other performer/performers may try to "pin" them by covering them and have the referee do a 3-count to win the match. Now, most of the time the one who's being pinned "kicks out". He or she does that by lifting one of his shoulders off of the mat, and for dramatic effect, they often do that when the ref has already counted to 2 and is just about to count to 3. That is the premise of the joke. Btw.
