I noticed the lighting on Q in the ready room changed. First it was from Picard’s left. When the camera angle changed, the light on Q was from Picard’s right.

Q, Picard and the team at first think he's a joker and is just using his powers to fool around with lesser beings (which maybe true), but there is a deeper person inside, but he don't show it. After watching TNG, DS9 and VOY (fuk STD/PIC kurtzman BSTrek) 3 - 5 times, I've come to realize that Q is actually a very intelligent being, and just displays a "jovial" or "playful" facade, but actually he isn't a bad person. The truth if you watch all the episodes of the "Q", "Q" is like that uncle/guy/acquantance, boss, etc that's always going out and partying and having fun, living a crazy lifestyle, spending money and just being awesome in the non-intelligent sense. What he says, no one really listens to, because he doesn't tell the whole truth, or just doesn't want to talk about serious topics. Outside of work, and with friends/family/non-business acquantances, is never serious. But in actual fact, he runs his own company, makes millions of dollars, and actually is a really smart guy, who has a moral compass, but prefers not to talk about the "serious things".
