EVERYTHING To Expect From Nintendo in 2024!!! 

I think you underestimate just how difficult putting Luigi's Mansion 2 in HD on the Switch is. Like, it's a 3DS game that was originally coded with 3D and two screens in mind. On top of that, despite you thinking that it's only slightly up-resed from the original, if you compare the 3DS version to the Switch version, you can clearly see that there is a MASSIVE difference, redone animations, redone textures, redone effects and much more. So yeah, despite the game looking like an easy port to Switch, it is not

I’m actually so pumped for Princess Peach Showtime. I love the art style and I love the idea of playing the game as Peach. Actually I think it would be interesting if they did something similar with Legend of Zelda where you get to ACTUALLY PLAY AS ZELDA which I think is highly unlikely but a girl can dream 💔

I’m honestly just waiting for any announcement of significance as far as Donkey Kong is concerned, because 2024 will be 30 years since the original DK Country. I’d personally like to see a new 3D DK game in the vein of DK 64, as I enjoyed that game as a child. speaking of DK 64, I am still waiting for it to drop on NSO 😅

Nintendo said early on that they wanted this console to go for about 10 years. I do not believe that we are going to see a new console or hear about one until after 2025. I don't think it's going to happen. A lot of fans think that they need to update and everything but if they're getting their first party titles to run decently on this console they're going to keep running it. You'll get marginal changes. The oled versions they're probably going to be pushing a lot but I don't see a completely new console for another couple years still.

Nintendo will reveal info about their next new console during the summer, highly doubt they'll revealer it early next year if they plan to release said system during the holiday season of 2024. Also I expect that Nintendo will release a new Mario sports game but not a party game at the same time though probably save that for there next console.

Them not remaking Super Mario 64 with today's graphics is an insult. What they did with Super Mario RPG they should give the same treatment to Super Mario 64. I think that Princess Peach Showtime is meant to be more of a Luigi's Mansion title made by Next Level Games rather than a Yoshi title made by Good Feel. It just has that Next Level Games polished feel to it.

Hey Im glad they put Luigi mansion 2 on switch i never got to play it since play on the home consoles more. it rubbed off the wrong way when they put the first one on a home console back in the gamecube era and put the 2nd one on just a hand held when it should have been on the handheld and a home console back on wii era ,or Wii U era

Okay 2024 is gonna a really good year for Nintendo because hopefully next year we do get some announcements from Nintendo and also from HAL Laboratory if they do anything good for Kirby since last year they did Kirby's 30th Anniversary like the games that we got from Kirby are Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Kirby Star Allies, Kirby's Dream Buffet, Kirby Fighters 2, Super Kirby Clash, and Kirby's Return to Dreamland Deluxe so maybe hopefully we do get a big new Kirby Game next year I'm pretty sure it would be like after Kirby and the Forgotten Land or after Magolor Epilogue Kirby, Elfilin, and Magolor work together to find the ancients that made the dimensions, the Master Crown, and the Lor Starcutter and take them down once and for all so that they won't corrupt anyone and also Kirby's Friends he met throughout the series now that would be a cool new Kirby Game to see from HAL Laboratory. Or maybe like we could get like Kirby Air Ride 2 and maybe they could add more Kirby characters in there and also ones from the Kirby Anime like Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon or maybe they can do Kirby's Battle Royale 2 or maybe Kirby Fighters 3 or a treasure road Kirby game called Kirby Star Road where you have to do all the treasure roads from Forgotten Land in order to win all the medals or platinum relics or a eShop 2D Challenge Kirby Game or maybe they could like do remasters for both Kirby Triple Deluxe and Kirby Planet Robobot and having new side story modes for both Taranza and Susie just like what they did with Magolor in Magolor Epilogue. Like seeing Taranza finding Queen Sectonia after she was defeated from Kirby so that they can be together again and for Susie maybe she tries to find her father after Star Dream was destroyed by Kirby with him in it or maybe she tries finding Kirby’s Robobot Suit after Kirby defeated Star Dream or maybe having a backstory for Susie I don’t know? But yeah their is alot of Kirby games HAL Laboratory can do before they start working on the next big mainline Kirby Game. And also in the thumbnail I think Kirby Star Road would be a cool Kirby game to play. But I hope for next year maybe HAL Labs could get like Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon from the Kirby Anime and put them in a Kirby game like I know their not canon to the Kirby games but if they were then you would just see Tiff and Tuff helping Kirby out like giving him an ability or a 1-Up and also cheering Kirby on which would be cool and for Escargoon maybe he could be a mini boss either way it would be cool but it would be cool if HAL ever makes for Kirby Right Back At Ya and just bringing back the characters like Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon back to the Kirby series and just adding new Kirby Characters from the Kirby Games but let's hope if HAL ever does do it and also making official plushies of Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon. But Nintendo and HAL Laboratory they should not just let Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon go because it would be cool seeing them in the Kirby Canon like in the games cause I know Escargoon and NME were in Mass Attack but not Tiff and Tuff so why not add them in the Kirby Games since the Anime is now done. But I really want to see Japan make official plushies of Tiff, Tuff and Escargoon because that would be cool and I would love to see that happen. But yeah this show was great and adorable and hopefully we get a reboot for it like keeping Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon in it, adding new Kirby Characters, and not making Kirby fully talk cause in the anime I know he did talk in episode 1 but at this rate I don't want him to talk at all because it would might sound weird and I don't like that at all so hopefully in the reboot they can keep making him say Poyo which I'll be fine with that. Since Nintendo showed us what the new theme park will be for Donkey Kong and the attraction is based off of Donkey Kong Country Returns and it will come out in 2024. For this year in 2024 it would be cool if they did do a remaster or port of Donkey Kong Country Returns on the Nintendo Switch because that game was really fun to play on the Wii and it would be cool to play it on the Nintendo Switch as well. And if Nintendo announces a new Donkey Kong game maybe they could do another 2D Donkey Kong Game and make it by the same company that made Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze it would be cool to see King K Rool coming back with his Kremlin crew to the Donkey Kong Country series now that would be cool for a new Donkey Kong to see. I can't wait to play the Mario VS Donkey Kong GBA remake game on the Nintendo Switch because I have watched old RU-vid Videos back in the days when I was a child and I saw old videos of Mario Vs Donkey Kong GBA and it looks really fun and I played it on the PC and it was really good so I can't wait to get it and play it on the Nintendo Switch next year. Luigi's Mansion 2 HD would be a really fun game for me to play since I haven't played that game since I don't have a 3DS but it would be cool for me to play it on the Switch but it would be cool if Nintendo also remastered Luigi's Mansion 1 from the GameCube from the 3DS and just port it on the Nintendo Switch now that would be cool to see for next year. Princess Peach Showtime looks alot of fun to play cause I like how Princess Peach can transform into different transformations like she can become a swordfighter, a baker, a detective, and a kung fu master and her new companion Stella looks so cute but I defiantly can't wait to play this game on the Nintendo Switch next year. The Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door remake looks fantastic and I can't wait to play it on the Nintendo Switch since I don't have it on the GameCube but it would be fun to finally play this game on the Nintendo switch next year. I think Switch 2 would come out in 2025 because I know the Nintendo Switch is still doing remasters and remakes but yeah I still think it's coming in 2025 because Switch 2 can't be done and release next year I don't know we'll just have to wait and see what happens in 2024. A new Mario Baseball game would be really cool to see since the last Mario Baseball game we played as Mario Super Sluggers on the Wii back in 2008 so it would be cool to see a new Mario Baseball game with new Mario Characters and new stages now that would be cool to see. The Super Mario Bros Movie 2, A Donkey Kong Movie, and a Luigi's Mansion Movie would be cool to see cause then we would see characters in the second Mario bros movie like Wario, Waluigi, Rosalina, Bowser Jr, Daisy, The Koopalings, and Yoshi that would be awesome to see. And also maybe we could see a Kirby Movie like maybe they can do it with both The Kirby Games and The Kirby Anime Kirby Right Back At Ya like that would be cool to see. A new Mario Party Game would be cool to see next year like seeing returning characters like Kamek, Shy Guy, Blooper, Hammer Bro, Boo, Dry Bones, Toad, Toadette, and Koopa Troopa and also having new characters like Pauline and The Koopalings and also maybe adding Nintendo characters in it like Kirby, Splatoon, Samus, Link, Zelda, Starfox, Pokemon, and all those other Nintendo Characters so that would be cool to see. And in 2024 we can see the GameCube Library coming to Switch Online cause I haven't played Kirby Air Ride or the four Mario Party games on GameCube like Mario Party 4, 5, 6, and 7 and it would be awesome to finally play those games on the Switch. And also I hope to see Nintendo using Greeso to do a remake of Tomodachi Life for the Nintendo Switch. Because as you said that Miitopia got remastered version on the Switch and it was great and they added a new Mii Maker Editor which I like it because you can ask the person for the code then you use it and then you get the Miis that they created and that's what they should do for Tomodachi Life and it would be great seeing Tomodachi Life getting a remastered version and being ported to the Nintendo Switch and not on the new system Switch 2! So yeah I hope 2024 will be a great year for Nintendo and hopefully it will be good.

Kirby: Star Road? I'm guessing they'll do the same thing to Star Road they did to Planet Robobot by making it play very similar to Forgotten Land. So it would use the same assets from FL, similar to how PB used the same assets from TD. Also, 2 year gap like PR. It should be called "Kirby & The Star Road", not "Kirby: Star Road" unless they're going back to 2D. I hope not.

My guess: - Metroid Prime 2 + 3 HD and Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2 HD, treated just like Pikmin 1 + 2 HD were. Slightly updated controls for the Switch, but are basically uprezed. Luckily they already look beautiful. Legend of Zelda the Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD are also ported from the Wii U to Switch finally. - Pokémon Black & White get remade for the Switch by ILCA. - Mario Sluggers revival by Next Level Games announced - Kirby Epic Yarn Deluxe is the 2024 Kirby game - Switch 2 announced for a 2024 release with new Super Mario 3D, Metroid Prime 4, and Donkey Kong announced for launch period. While not launch titles Mario Kart, Legend of Zelda are showcased for 2025 titles - Switch 2 is heavy on third party announcements with many games that the Switch couldn't handle get announced for Switch versions or get Switch 2 upgrades to be on par with the PS4/Xbox One versions

Originally I was on board with the idea of an open world starfox game but as I thought about it, playing starlink and some starfox games back ti back I realize thats not what I would want for the series. Its not what want nor do I expect nintendo to spend money on. However a game that uses the sf 2 gameplay, replace the walker with on foot, have branching paths like sf 1 (not 64) a strong narrative that you can only get by playing all the paths. An even better version of assaults multiplayer with online. Players will be able play as other pilots besides Fox like falco, slippy, krystal, and others that they might want to bring back like the sf 2 pilots. This is more probable as it's not so big and expensive as an open world game. It's more in line with what they might actually do and it's the best way to make a new sf game that could get the attention of none sf fans for lack of on rails and a good playtime. I estimate 15 and a halve hour experiences using a single playthrough of sf2 and multiplied it by 15. A lot of other stuff can be explored like weapons for the characters to use and out fits if they wanted to. Edit: if they do have a game in their back pocket then they should save it for the next console instead of releasing it at the end of the switch. We need the best scenario for sf.

OMG!!!!! I just want Metroid Prime 2 and 3! I think if MP2 and MP3 release on the Switch 2 it just means Prime remaster did extremely well and they are keeping that a secret. If the Switch 2 comes out 4 qtr 2024 they should have released them prior to that because I’m certain MP4 will be a Switch 2 release title. My biggest fear being they release MP2 and MP3 with a GameCube addition to Nintendo Switch Online + expansion pack , just to get more people to join and perhaps raise the price of the service while at it. I hope not. Good god, I just wanna play MP2 and MP3!
