I have been struggling for years on how to “eat” healthy without missing the foods that I love. I love that you guys show more healthier alternatives. Also y’all explain that some stuff you don’t have to give up, just make sure you move other stuff around. And also, plan ahead. Plan meals at the beginning of the day so that’s one less thing you have to worry about. It’s already set. Thank you for this 😊❤

I love how informative this vlog is. I started this holistic plant based diet to loose weight because my weight was so stubborn. I cut out meat, dairy, white sugar, soda, artificial juices. Now I incorporate nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, beans, making majority of my food myself with plant based items, juicing, smoothie, natural spring water. I changed my cooking oil from vegetable oil to grapeseed & avocado oil. I did loose weight, but I never thought to look at the proteins on the back of my item especially now that I don’t eat the meat.
Your doing the right thing living a plant base lifestyle, Eliminating dairy & meat, oils etc jaz & slim are uneducated they looking at the wrong information when they need to be focused on the ingredients in the foods they're consuming. Proteins are nothing but amino acids U can get protein from plants! U never heard no one have a protein deficiency. But they push this myth on the public. Look what Slim pulled out the cabinet that syrup is so bad u can literally see the ingredients on the back But he focus on the calories an protein 🤦🏽♂️

Because you love ice cream, consider making it at home. Coconut cream or milk, and fruit/vanilla for flavoring is all you need. Some recipes only need a blender. My favorites are done in cuisinart ice cream maker in 20 minutes. Down 100 lbs and eliminating processed foods worked for me. Pineapple ice cream every week for my cheat. Best to you!

I have struggled for the longest to understand macros and how to count them , how to read the labels too. So much so it felt like a lot to learn so I just gave up. I watched a lot of videos and read about it but I didn’t think I had time to do all of that. But you two have broken it down in a way where it makes a lot of sense & something I can manage. This was a perfect break down for me, especially the way you make your tacos lol I love tacos too & the crunchy taco shells fried in oil! But using pan to fry is a great alternative I am going to try that!! I😁 Thank you both so much for sharing with us ❤

Yes and you can put ranch powder packet in the greek yogurt.. packet is 0 calories no macros but 0 calories...The cheddar Quest chips I put that on my homemade chipotle bowl..I just make chicken all the toppings I love corn, homemade salsa and sometimes Id do rice as a base but sometimes I do just salad as the base... I do vegan queso sugar free 35 calories/2tbsp.... They make protein everything now a days even protein pop tarts macro friendly...Yessss shout out to y'all putting people on!!
