No that's terrible news. I hate Unity engine. If only he could/would make this game from scratch in Unreal Engine 5. Would also make a MSC Remake easier if MWC was made in Unreal Engine 5.
I can guarantee that people are gonna be making mods (which would be way easier than creating new ones) by taking features from MSC and adding them to MWC or the opposite, also I definetly know somebody out there is gonna add the Ford to MSC and the Satsuma to MWC
Yesterday on the Steam discussion, Topless replied to someone asking how finished the game is, saying that “Every feature needed for early access release is in place” and that he just needs to add some graphics, audio, balancing and bug fixing
To be honest i dont mind the fact that we have less freedom in the game otherwise it will just be like MSC but with snow. It would be nice if you could buy winter tyres not only for the project car but the van too. Thanks for the update.
I saw in another MWC that the van will probably not be driveable anymore, instead the player will start with another car as a daily driver. Trading the satsuma for this other car would possibly be an alternate ending in MSC. The daily driver is confirmed by ToplessGun and the alternate ending was suggested by ToplessGun.
Thanks! 😁It makes sense for the firewood job to return if the Ketmet + trailer is staying, obviously you are in the cold weather, you need a source of warmth, burning firewood in the fireplace in the home for heat to drop a temperature gauge and delivering it as normal would be logical

maybe he should make it a " DLC" for my summer car since its a continuation and you can launch either or by a "season" button in the main menu. still priced like a regular game as it will be fully featured but most likely possible since its on the same engine
So far i'm excited for it \o/ Only thing that sounds like a real pain in the arse, is the (hold mouse button to fuel), I think i'll prefer the current way of simply holding the filler near the hole and letting it do it's thing. All though, I do understand the idea behind it.
it would be awesome to see some new ai drivers for example a snow plow which could get snow on your car and make snowbanks or a salting truck which could make it rust
I wonder how the job will work, if the job will be.. let's say factory worker I don't know how will it work, will we just go inside the building and then the games time travels the player like 8 or so hours forward? I don't know but it seems interesting
I think it will be driving related and made so that you actually have to put in the hours to get paid. MSC isn’t exactly known for making thing easy for the player and I don’t think MWC will be either😅
Tacking on to a comment about people making mods combining features from each game, I really hope somebody mods my summer car with the new winter stuff to create a my annual car, which would be a my summer car but with seasons and whatnot. And Vice versa for my winter car, since they will both play completely different most likely.

everything is fine, but I don't see one thing - the Satsuma is the car in which we were born and was brought to it, and the car in my winter car is simply a car, we don't have such a motivation. our motivation in my summer car was to rebuild the car of our childhood, and now we have a to rebuild a random car. Of course, I don't want Satsuma to be our project, but it would be nice if we could interact with it a little bit.
Im not sure this game would ever be out now as currently the CEO of Unity has gone complete mad. if you don't know check the Unity's new policy on fees that the developers have to pay for each download of the game, it is insanity.
I just hope that MWC has that same feeling as MSC where it doesn't hold your hand and leaves things up to the player to figure out. It gives the game such a rare sandboxy feel that very few games have.
So like a DLC being sold as a brand new game. I just got back to the game after a 3 year break and nothing changed. I wonder why the developer is not hiring more talented artists and programmers to get this idea to the next level, instead of selling the same thing again with a lot of white texture over everything.
I think he should start using unreal engine for his next game after my winter car cuz unreal engine is much better and he can put some physics that unity cant handle
