Excellent video, I’m really interested in Neve as a character and possible romance option, excited to see more of her

The first thing I thought when seeing her art was "Why is a mage wearing a horse blinder?" Seriously, anybody standing off to her right is going to get easy hits on her.

Great video. After reading The Missing I was hoping Neve would be an in game companion. Think she will be my first romance choice.

I initially wrote Neve off when I watched the reveal trailer but when the gameplay trailer came out and I got to see her in game and hear her voice and see how she presents herself I became immediately invested in her and I can’t wait to see her story unfold in Veilguard

I really liked the part where you analyze her tarot card. Maybe the shadow represents an arcane horror that was once a venatori mage that now seeks vengeance because Neve was somehow involved in his downfall.

Neve seemed okay in the comic, but I think she should have been the one to meet with Solas at the end and have some kind of witty exchange. I also liked her appearance in the comic. However, she looks different in the gamepaly demo, and I don't like the new look. Also, her ice theme just makes her seem like Vivienne 2.0. Like BioWare wanted to make a Vivienne that is liked by more fans. I am considering her as a possible romance option, but it will probably depend on her attitude and personality. I think her going back to the uncle was her closing her case. If the uncle believed something incorrect, then the case isn't resolved, in her mind. It might mean she's obsessed with the truth or having the correct answer. Her sense of duty. Yes, they were supposed to meet with Neve, and she let herself get captured and dragged off by Venatori instead, thus delaying the party and hindering their action of tracking down Solas. This is a major problem I had with Neve in the demo. The icy dome is also a problem. It suggests she's capable of casting a powerful ice barrier that can block even powerful magical blasts from the Minrathous Circle mages. Is she going to be able to use this spell in combat or any other part of the game that would call for it? I doubt it, since it would be pretty game-breaking. So this was basically just a one-off spell meant for plot convenience. I'm not sure why magic from elvhen ruins would tip Neve off, especially since Minrathous is supposed to be built on elvhen ruins with magic stolen from the elvhen. In the comic, Neve has heard of Solas quite a lot, and knows he fights against slavery, just as she does. So she likely just thinks talking Solas down is worth a try. It's the smarter option compared to just attacking outright. Her saying that interrupting the spell on that scale will have consequences is actually a foolish statement considering the alternative is a world-ending cataclysm. And besides, she soon agrees to disrupting the ritual anyway, so her comment was pointless other than to narrate the premise for the audience. Also, saying that stepping into that raw magic is suicide and then suggesting another person go in as well was another foolish statement. She probably knows Varric through Dorian, since he returns in Trespasser no matter what. Dorian is a much bigger enemy of the Venatori than Tilani is. He infiltrated the Venatori and possibly took down their best leaders. He also helped the Inquisitor hunt down various Venatori groups. The prosthetic could have been made anywhere. The shadow could be a darkspawn magister.

Neve is one of my favorite companies. I loved her story in Tevinter Nights and I'm beyond happy she is in this game. This was an excellent video. 😄🙏🏾❄️

She has caught my interest as corny as it sounds I am wanting to know more. a PI IN Tevinter? WHat cases has she worked, why did she lose her leg in combat? Sacrifice? Birthed? Questions questions.

Thank you for covering my favourite companion in The Veilguard. I am totally on board that Neve becomes an Arcane Horror if we failed to save her. This will chill down my spine.
