This will be the first book I ever waited for release, it actually gets released, winds of winter, and ill start reading day one. Usually when I pick up a book it's out for years.
Nice, it's definitely going to be worth reading day one. I still need to read A Song of Ice and Fire but it seems like I don't have to hurry since Winds of Winter is taking so long.
Just a feedback for the channel. I think it’d be good to use significantly less sound affects. Might just be me, but it also made me drop the video within the first 30s, but ended up sticking it out. Keep up the grind though! No hate
Brandon is my favorite author. I loved the most recent secret project as well. I’m just concerned if he can come back to his great standard after what was in my and in many others’ opinions a pretty boring and slog-like book 4. Words of radiance is my favorite book of all time and I loved the first half of oath bringer but it did get stale around 600 pages in.
That's a fair point. I hope Book 5 will be able to recapture the feel of WoR which is also my favorite Brandon book. I guess I never realized Rhythm of War was widely considered a slog. Stormlight was my first Sanderson series, and I also felt like RoW was the weakest. I think I may have liked it more than you and thought it had a lot of high moments mixed in. I've only read them all once though.
POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!!!! I think it would be an interesting plot for the second part, the confrontation between worlds described in the last book. I'm not an expert in the Cosmere, feel free to correct me if it would be against this universe rules
I'm not sure which part you're referencing, and I'm not an expert on Stormlight yet having only read them once. But, the Rosharran System planets are already entangled. As for the Cosmere as a whole it is definitely heading towards planetary trade and conflict. So, yes it's very plausible.
Honestly, I can't remember I've only read Stormlight once, presumably it was in Rhythm of War though. I do remember Brandon confirming it in a live stream though and people had picked up on it.
The moment was the 2 silently relating with eachother over feeling like outcasts in bridge 4. Nothing for gaydar to pick up on but that won't stop the loud minority of fans that want more stuff like that.
No dude. It’s constructive criticism. If it’s something you do intentionally, as it appears to be, you should take the criticism for what it is. Trying to help you make better videos. Took me 15 seconds to be completely distracted from the content but ridiculous theatrics.
@@paul-michaelvincent7123 the way he worded it was not exactly constructive. It was a bit rude. Yes, I understand a portion of people are bothered by it. I can't please everyone. It is what it is.
Out of curiosity what would you prefer my videos be, and this is me genuinely asking. Would you prefer my videos look the same with my hands down the whole time? Or do you mean you want just visuals and for me to be out of the videos altogether? Obviously you will disagree with this but I think hands down the whole time is boring. And, I think just visuals is too similar to other people's content.
