To my Patrons that may be wondering why the intro is slightly different than the one I uploaded on Patreon, the intros that I put there are early access for you guys, and may not entirely be finished, but are "mostly" representative of the finished product. I added a few sound effects in order to give the intro depth, so that's why it's slightly different.

I also agree on the nerd culture thing, I remember getting made fun of in junior high and high school because I read comics and wore the shirts, now everyone does. I just hate when those people that only watch the movies will try and argue with me about characters based off the movies, one guy told me web shooters were stupid because Spidey is supposed to produce his webs like in the Tobey did in Spider-Man. I was like dude, Peter is a genius and created his web shooters in the comics. He argued that I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about.

I got made fun of a lot too. I attended an anime and comics club in middle and high school. I got made fun of for liking Electronica too. It sucked. The sports guys were the most of the harassment came from. Their abhorrent behavior had made me despise sports and for a long time, those who enjoyed sports for entertainment too. Having it popular now in a way bugs me, but I'm glad it's as big as it is.

The Platinum Tugboat I played football but I was always sort of an outsider, I was a black kid in the hood that read comics, watched wrestling, wasn’t that big on a lot of hip hop, listened to mostly R&B and Rock music (like Aerosmith, wrote poetry, watched a lot of Discovery Channel, played video games and read a lot of books. I got made fun of a lot but, I also had a very diverse group of friends because of all of my interest. I would even sit and talk with the skinhead kid just to try and learn where and why he had such hate in his heart. I was a strange kid (especially for growing up in the 80’s and 90’s) that’s now appreciated for most of the stuff I was looked down on about as a kid. It’s a strange feeling and I do resent it sometimes.

There have been maps in comics that go back to I think the silver age (correct me if I’m wrong) that state it and it is reference in other DC animated movies/tv shows occasionally like on maps Example: the Young Justice episode in season one where the Team delivers Amazo parts to two separate locations. You don’t see the water body but Gotham and Metropolis appear realatively close to each other But that was honestly what informed me of that information so we’re on the same boat

The only down fall on this film was the reshoots & also the shitty jokes they placed on half of the character (mainly Batman) Also I still think BVS is way better than this film (Ultimate edition at least)

BVS jumped the shark when they made Luthor the author of getting them to fight. Given the intro to the movie, that was all the motivation Bruce needed to go after Superman. Luthor pitting them against themselves (yes I know in the comics this has been done as well as in B:TAS) made both Superman and Batman dumbed down to fall for such easy machinations and overcooked the plot. Imho of course.

@@alekesam Bruce's motivation for fighting was valid already, but Superman's wasn't. Superman is a humanitarian, he won't try to use violence unless necessary. Lex's manipulations are needed to push Superman to that point. As well, Lex is needed to push Bruce from the "investigating in case I have to fight him" point to the "I'm just gonna f*cking kill him" point.

I think the most upsetting thing about the books "not mattering" is the fact that he CLEARLY knows the source material well enough to sin it. He KNOW it's the Speed Force, but he can't pad that run time unless he pretends he doesn't. Jerome pads the run ti- *ding*

But Jeremy isn't sinning the fact that in all of the source material that there is no explanation, he just sinned the fact that the confines, abilities, and restrictions of the Flash's speed powers haven't been established properly in the film. CinemaSins, like their name suggests, sins movies as their own independent thing and not their connection to their source material. Hell, at 8:40, Jeremy jokes about how even despite knowing that their is a source material outside of the movies that explains his questions, that he shouldn't have to do homework after a film to understand what seems to be a major plot moving device.

John Dexter why Flash doesn’t light things on fire isn’t a major plot device nor is what’s making the boom tubes. The plot isn’t confusing when those things aren’t explained. Think of it like this. *Sees Steppenwolf step out of a portal* “He can probably make portals.” *Sees Flash not light things on fire* Doesn’t even notice. And it’s a comic book movie. The filmmakers shouldn’t have to make their movies around the fact that people who aren’t of the intended audience may watch it. Marvel and DC movies aren’t for everyone, their for comic book fans.

Stop Genduh. He couldn’t get rid of it because it was in his contract. This is actually the result of WB trying to rewrite the movie after it had already been filmed, rushing through the cgi process because they didn’t want to change the release date so the WB execs wouldn’t miss their end of year bonuses, and Tom Cruise’s broken ankle. The only person not to blame is Henry.

It’s not that Henry didn’t want to shave the moustache, it’s that the studio didn’t let him. Warner Brothers even offered to pay quite a fair amount to the mission impossible directors or whatever and they turned it down.

I'm laughing my way through this video. I would like to point out that at 15 minutes your talking about the speed force creating an aura around Barry's "passengers," but if you ever saw the 90s flash, Barry's clothes flew to pieces, as did anyone he was carrying. Great show. Sad that it was so short-lived. Oh, and btw, at 16:40 you talked about sexualizing men, too, but his shirt's probably missing from being torn to pieces when he awoke and shot straight the alien ship's vacuum-bearing ceiling. Though I'm not sure if that explains his bare feet.

4:44 bro she LITERALLY did this SAME thing in her solo film. She blocked bullets SEVERAL times not only in the alleyway protecting Steve, but also in the “No Mans Land” scene (the most iconic scene in the entire movie). It was also established on the beach battle when she watched a bullet fly past her and kill that other Amazonian, everyone else was frozen but she was able to track it. Her ability to block bullets has been established from the beginning.

@laz kar They've noticed and they've changed it. Watch any DC show now and it'll say based on characters from DC instead of DC comics like it used to. At this point I think Jeremy is panning the sin count or just hating on DC since that's the popular thing to do now.

I do so absolutely love how people constantly underestimate Aquaman. Granted he's not the strongest member of the Justice League, but they don't seem to understand just how strong someone has to be to move through water as easily as they move through the air. This is on top of being able to survive the water pressure of thousands of feet of water. Aquaman is easily dozens of times faster and stronger then the strongest Olympic athlete.

I’ll just point out that “the idf sweater thing”, though yes it is used, it’s mainly if not only used by women and isn’t mainstay image of the idf soldier :) it’s an old English army sweater is the point why Alfred is using it.
