Doing this video was my absolute favourite in the 10 years I've been doing this series because there was so much to put in and so much to cover. At 54 minutes, this is the longest sins video on my channel! The last several months, I dealt with severe depression and rough battles, but to be able to pull through and hear the endless support from my growing fanbase really helps me get back up and continue to do what I do best! That Shield callback is an all-timer. And it happened 10 years after the breakup of The Shield, over 10 years after The Shield’s first WrestleMania win and it cost Roman his 10th WrestleMania win. It was written in the stars.

Hearing Cole yell "FINISHED. THE. STORY!!!" as the ref counted the pinfall, made me break down in tears of joy! Cody Rhodes deserved that huge win and now we'll get some big dream matches

A lot of awesome callbacks to past gags over the years, a very loud telling off of CM Punk (10:36), a LOT of sin removals, and an absolutely amazing ending. 1,316 days, 1,316 people watching, and over 100,000 strong in the Optimistic Empire - and believe me, I KNOW you're just getting started. This is gonna be a fun ride.
If you think about it, the main event had representation of each era minus the Golden Age. Hell, even the face for each era for the majority of them. Undertaker being New Generation, The Rock with Attitude, John Cena with Ruthless Aggression, Seth and Roman are PG, and now Cody with this new era.
While I understood why people wanted Austin over Taker because Austin and Rock feuded 3 times at Mania, Austin never had any beef with Reigns. Undertaker? Hell Yeah. He feuded with both guys before, and Reigns gave him his second Mania loss to make it his yard. Now both Rock and Roman calling themselves the final boss at Wrestlemania? No. There is only one final boss at Wrestlemania. It's the Undertaker
You're reaching. It always should have been Austin. Taker had a weak rivalry with Reigns and barely one with Rock. Steve and Rock had Rocks 1st WM main event in Philly back in 99. It always should have been Steve. Not to mention yeah.. He's a 10x bigger draw
Was there in person: still doesn’t feel real That last 10 minutes of the main event felt like I was watching all 15 years of my wrestling fandom flash before my eyes. And the pin fall legitimately brought me to tears
Samantha Irvin should also be the MVP of wrestlemania for both nights making every match she announces a big deal and her emotions when Cody beat Roman Reigns was the icing on the cake
And believe me when I tell you that every reaction out of her like that is 100% genuine as she chooses not to know the winner beforehand. Same with Michael Cole as well I believe
Damien Priest cashed in at the right moment, Street Profits match was good, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton make a great team, Bayley deserved to win the Women’s Title, 34:43 - your last “Spin Me Right Round” was the side Aeroplane Spin before Cesaro left WWE - and as for Roman VS Cody, I thought Roman would retain yet again…but I was delightfully surprised when Cody actually got the job done (with the aid of surprise appearances)! Cody’s long ass celebration was heart-warming too - and one thing I did NOT expect was you removing ALL the sins at the end of this video! Great work!
All due respect to Bryan Danielson, but THAT was the best ending to a WrestleMania of all time. I've said it before on another channel and it might be a hot take, but I don't care. That main event was likely the best WrestleMania main event of all time. When the ref's hand hit the mat for 3, the cathartic relief I felt was incredible. I screamed at the TV like "FUCKING FINALLY! YES!"
the main event was overrated, it needed the rock, cena and undertaker coming bacl to bring nostalgia and cheap hype. The match between cody and roman was mediocre, you know it's bad when it needs legends interfering to bring cheap hype. At least the daniel bryan one was better because it was a match unlike this random fest.
also no it wasn't the best wrestlemania main event, because cody had no emotion, his story was weak. since this match was nostalgia bait since it had cena coming back and having a stare with the rock for nostalgia bait 'hey, remember when we faced twice in a lifetime? Cool times', and taker returning for no reason with the "no i am the boss", chokeslams the rock and leaves, didn't even do anything to roman. The match between cody and roman was mediocre, and it needed wwe legends and lots of interferences to bring cheap hype.And the story between cody and roman was not even good. It's basicallly: Cody wants to win a title to make his dad proud, so he wins the royal rumble twice in order to fight roman, roman has no choice but to fight him cuz he won the rumble and nothing else, twice. That's it. No wonder it needed the rock to bring some spice to it otherwise it would have been worse. Like where is this "masterpiece" of a story that people preaise so much? Roman believes he is a chief of a fictional tribe, he has the championship for years, defended by him and with the help of his family. His family gets more and more untrustworthy, roman gets mad, he fights random people. Then the one who beats him is a guy who wants to win a title for his daddy to "finish his 1 page long story". This is the masterpiece storytelling you praise so much?That moment is so overrated and you explained why, cody was not that special since his story was very weak
This was an amazing video thank you for this! My one and only sad complaint is that I thought the match with ray ans his team should got a sin romoved when they preformed that assist to launch their man of the rope leaping far into the ramp🔥
I’ll say Wrestlemania this year goes down as one of the best Wrestlemania’s of all time and a perfect ending to the video I enjoy watching your sin videos

I honestly liked how the commentators were saying that Cody Rhodes was screwed. Them saying he has no chance added in to the emotion and intensity that his match with Roman Reigns had. Then they got proven wrong when Cody finally won the big one. As Michael Cole has been saying it recently, "Do you believe in miracles???" Well, now you do.
Will there be an everything RIGHT with Cody finishes the story video? I feel like you could do a full feature length video on it talking about everything leading to it and especially every part of that moment from Samantha Irvin to the celebration to Michael Cole...everything.

Austin showing up, stunning the Rock, and us seeing the epic oversell one last time would've been one of my top 5 Wrestlemania moments of all time. But Undertaker is definitely the next best thing for a moment like this, so I'm not gonna hang my head over it
Bonus fact for both night 1 and 2 wm 40 1. Undertaker and Rock never had a match at Wrestle Mania during Attitude Era or Ruthless Aggression Era this is first and only time both share same ring at grandstage of them all. 2. Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns have the honor of joining the Undertaker, Triple H, Rock, Stone Cold, Edge (sort of), Hardy Boyz, and Dudley Boyz of having trilogy matches at WrestleMania. I'll explain the Hardy Boyz and Dudley Boyz trilogy they have faced each other at 16, 17, and 18 As for Edge and Christian while yes they had matches with both teams at 16 and 17 but not 18 since Edge had match with Booker T and Christian had match against DDP for European Championship. As for Edge having trilogy sort of he did face Matt and Jeff at Wrestle Mania 23 but it was ladder match for MITB but neither of them won the match. 3. Vanessa Hudgens and the Rock had Journey 2 the Mysterious Island mini reunion 4. Priest is first puertican world champion in over fifty years since Perdo Morales 8. Priest first wrestler to have two championship matches back to back at Wrestle Mania on two nights. Night 1 one for tag team championship and Night 2 for world championship. 9. Reigns finally beats Rollins on a paper view/premium live event 10. Second time Zayn wins Intercontinental Championship at Wrestle Mania first wm 36 and second 40 bonus fact third time has challenged for IC title at wm first 32 second 36 and third 40. 11. Zayn has won Intercontinental and tag team championship at Wrestle Mania needs two win United States and World Championship at Wrestle Mania to be first wrestler to win every title at grandest stage of them all 12. Owens has won US Championship and tag team championship also needs to win two more titles Intercontinental and World Championship to be first wrestler to win every title at grandest stage of them all.
Drew taunting Punk and then Punk retaliating by attacking Drew and allowing Priest to cash in on his damage to become World Champion had to be one of the funniest moments I've seen at a WrestleMania ever!
That flashback ending was absolutely amazing. It actually gave me goosebumps. Wrestlemania XL was perhaps the greatest Mania of all time. Even better than Wrestlemania 17
One of the best Wrestlemania main events in a long time ❤️❤️🔥🔥 honestly I legit got goosebumps 😃perfect storytelling, Awesome match, epic returns and face offs and oh my gosh a perfect ending I honestly screamed out of mind when Cody won 😄 it was honestly so amazing 🤩 and so were the other matches as well 👍 and I’m happy Bayley got her first Wrestlemania win 🏆
