You're the first person on youtube I've found who can explain how to sketch out the structure of a face WITHOUT using shading. And that is AWESOME. No joke, I'm pretty sure someone could use the slides from your videos to educate kids from like 8 and up in a public school. That's how simple you make it.

I think frankie is pretty good & tbh her work would look much better if she pumps up the contrast - u see this problem a lot when ppl go from traditional & take photos to post. I agree everything looks alike on IG & that's mainly bc folks aren't using reference, they're just copying their faves. Also... have we all been saying the name "Ilya" wrong for all this time? lol

I would also add that if you want to practice drawing faces with different expressions, you can do Ahmed Aldoori 100 heads in 10 days challenge. That really helped me a lot getting better with faces and expressions. He has a newer version 50 heads in 10 days which is easier to manage cheers
