Paints mixed 1 part paint 3 parts Floetrol water to thin. Colourarte and Deco art mixed 1 tablespoon paint 1 teaspoon floetrol 1/2 teaspoon water.. These paints were a number 5 on the Consistency Chart. See this video to learn how to use this chart
