Everything You Need To Know About Cleburne State Park 

In the heat of another Texas summer I headed out to camp Cleburne State Park in Johnson county Texas.
Located just south and slightly west of the city of Cleburne Texas This beautiful Texas state Park has a whole lot going for it but there are a few things the are a real downer!
Constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps way back in the 1930s Cleburne State Park is an ideal place for family fun in the great outdoors.
Featuring a beautiful spring fed lake that is completely inside of the park boundaries there are water activities for the whole family. No fishing license is required!
There are small watercraft available for onsite rental, fishing tackle is available on loan from the park office and there are miles of hike and bike trails to explore at Cleburn State Park.
