Cool. So if the client only needs to watch and make comments, do they need to have any Adobe software installed on their computer/device?

Nope! Send them a link and they comment in their web browser.

FrameIO is just sooooo slow on the upload speed, 35 gigs on a video take forever compared to google drive

Hmm I don’t have that problem. I’ve uploaded 50gb + files with no issues. I also have 1gig up and down on my internet.
