@@kbzl22 bull. I did a glitch awhile ago and have duped items beyond the limit and my game is just fine on performance. There is not enough space for someone who plays casually even.
I love the outfits you can unlock, but just because I'm so loyal to the first game, I'll keep the crane outfit to give some props to our legend who sadly turned😔😭

My legend level is 174. It takes so much time to reach 250 level even using a glitched weapon (military machete in my case) from "Carnage Hall" DLC. The more levels you reach than more legend points require to reach the next level.
Have you found out how to get outside carnage hall yet? Time passes slower at nighttime there, without boosters I've farmed around 240k points in a night.
techland: any way we can make people play our game more often? random employee: give them a SHI- ton of levels to work for? techland: perfect, me: update faster goddamnit
I look forward to the actually playing through the entire 250 levels. Techland adding prestige mode to reset the rewards and adding NightRunner difficulty.
This update has me smiling ear to ear. But I don't see very many ppl talking about the issue with the stash. I didn't receive the wolf claw. And I really don't mind. Others do I would imagine. My stash is full as well as my inventory. I couldn't do the baba quest bc I couldn't take the sedating knives lol had to wait for someone who duped em to help out. Lol I can't be the only one with this issue. Btw as always fantastic video man, thank you very much.

@@glizzygang1956 yes I knew my stash was full. Hard to get into the routine of reminding myself to remember it constantly when free content is to be claimed. I know where to claim it, haven't yet bc I haven't figured out where it goes yet. If it indefinitely redeemable or not. Honestly idc about this weapon personally, though im sure situations will come when I do care. Not all are me, and I just find it a huge issue when you can't even take an item the game gives you for a mission lol bottom line, I really expected this to be fixed. I have high hipe though, one day we will be able to drop the extra fedora hats and champion masks and extra carnage manica shields. Beat the game 10plus times with friends you'll understand my issue more. Lol really frustrating
2:10 it’s not actually the same as the outfit in that ending but it is extremely similar. The gloves coat and hood are different. I completed another new game plus after this update and yea their ever so slightly different. My guess that was another night runner and this is a concept on if aiden stayed.
Just got to my Legend Lvls. Need to get smart real quick though your great game tips and knowledge of the game 🎮.. going to be doing my 3rd play trough with all the perfect ending where nobody dies..
Tank gear needs to be reworked. Give it melee stamina reduction along with human and infected damage reduction as standard. Poison, fire and electric damage reduction on gear is useless. I dont even use the boosters that reduce element damage.
Rip to the new players who won't bother to play long enough to get to legend levels in the first place and weren't around to be given every inhibitor when that bug happened
I legendeded the first dl1 and enjoyed it. I hope at some point they expand the map like with the buggy in dl1 There was so much fun in that. I remember an outfit i bought in dl1 that glowed i think it was the volatile bundle. Was hoping dying light 2 will have something similar. I am currently at lvl 8 and getting to 9 is a mission.
I love the new legend levels but its missing something we cant upgrade our stamina that sucks because on dl1 you had infinity stamina endgame also the ragdolls make the game more fun but they still need improvement this update is a huge step in the right direction
Idk Stamina is what makes the combat challenging. Giving players infinite stamina takes away from the difficulty imo. I see where you’re coming from tho
I love the legend levels. I am now legend level 51, It keeps getting harder. The level cap is growing and its almost impossible to reach more then 2 levels per night. I am loving this update. Finally techland sets a great step. I feel like we have waited long enough for an update like this.
@@CalebMcluvin519 higher difficulty and coop adds a multiplier to your xp gain. A good way is to glitch the 1 shot military machete from bloody ties and kill volatiles during level 4 chase, another method is new game plus and redoing story missions and recapturing locations as both give over 1000 xp
@@CalebMcluvin519 in central loop there's a grassy building top with 9 volatile spawn points just combine the max toughness and regeneration boosters for invulnerability and the 1 shot machete and you'll get a fair amount of xp per night
Lol it's a nice ploy by techland to keep people playing the game, the outfits are meh for a huge grind lmfao I'll use a editor games still trash just a little bit of make up it's still buggy af 👍
true, i was disappointed after all that combat grind to see barely anything to look forward to, it would'v made more sense to have legenedary skills, like a higher jump maybe or the ability to turn whenever you want
Have you gone to the fish eye stash and have you heard the SOS beeping sound? I want to know what it means!?? A location, an Easter egg? Hopefully it's a weapon or gear, something unique.
@@RespawnedGent Either it's something to do with Lawan's hit list and/or Elysium, as I'm pretty sure Elysium is northeast of the playable area. Or maybe I'm overthinking it and they've added an easter egg inside the map or something
they should 100% add a legend power up that gives 1% faster parkour climb speed etc(anything except grapple and parachute or maybe even them) just for that flex, maybe even combat speed, replace that shitty 4% recovery after safe landing (wtf is that)
If you got the night runner ending you should get the outfit just doesn’t make sense to tease it and show that aiden owns the fit then poof he just doesn’t own it anymore
That isn't Aiden in the cutscenes as he leaves the city. That is just a new nightrunner, but I do know what you mean. We should have gotten some of those outfits as rewards for different endings
Thank God I rode back my save and fixed the bug with the legendary levels it takes the fun out of the game if you're maxed out all the way, also Mr. Respawn gentleman have you checked out the confetti grenades yet? They're pretty fun to play. 😂
Lol I thought I was swimming in money with 150 thousand but then I noticed yours. Over a million! I've been spending mine on simply buying resources so I don't have to grind. Wish I could find another poppy spot though besides the glass house.
Got 71 level and dealt sharp one-handed 20 60% don't feel any benefit from it even though machete says 60%+ need as many hits. So it feels like it's a lot less or nothing. It would be interesting to see the damage number.
the legend levels are aight, its only damage multipliers and one pretty useless one(get up from safe landing), Like I was hoping for some healing skills like more regeneration, one that maybe increases your speed by up to 10% and or attack speed by like 20-30%, maybe a crafting one. I hope they can change it and add some new ones that i mentioned.
im level 250 and the chest are nothing crazy they are good if you dont have any crazy weapons but i do note that the good night axe and good luck axe are pretty cool lol
i just got the game like a couple of weeks ago and i'v already finished it 4 times, i love it, i have 2 main saves one is already in legendary and the second is pretty close
What does the recovery mean, does it mean that I recover faster from landing in a roll or on the ground, or how fast I get up after being knocked down, I don't understand, can someone lmk, thx
I have discovered a new game breaking glitch, (just for context I pre ordered dying light 2 when it first came out on ps4 skip to today, I know have a ps5 and It won't carry over my progression which is almost 300 hours worth but that's not the problem). The problem is because I had to start over, about 22 hours into my new playthrough I level up. Next thing I know there's nothing there and so I can't even fully upgrade my skill tree's. Thank you techland but pls let this be fixed soon because now I can't even level up anymore.
Hey guys. So i noticed something in DL2 and dont know if its a bug or what. So when i left dl2 for a while to play other games i was at the silver chest. The other day when I started again it was locked at lvl 61. I got to 61 yesterday but not its locked again at 62. Anyone else have this problem? -.-
currently legend lvl 26 myself and keeping on grinding! and finaly we get weapons that does over 70 damage!! with and without maxed out mods on! woohoo!! and we can also only put 25 points into each legend skill and all of their bonus % will go up to 75%. 10 skills and 25 points into each wich max outs at lvl 250.AND PEOPLE READ THIS!! fastets way to lvl up is to have the military machete from the Day In Harran gamemode from the arena, cause that weapon 1 shots volatiles in all modes, so in hard mode get lvl 4 chase and get on a roof in old villedor with 3 spawn hatches on it and keep uv light ready to use and just keep killing volatiles all night long and get that sweet legend xp!
How the stash inventory cap has stayed unchanged I do not know. And I can't toss out some head gear so I have to put it in stash and don't even want half of it. It glitched multiple masks and hats I can't toss out. Techland says they listen and I'm sure they do, but wtf the stash limit has been talked about for a while now ffs
Idk about you guys but ever since I updated my game everytime I get on I lag so much. I get like 30-20fps and so much stuttering. My game ran 60-80fps just fine before the update. I made sure to update my graphics driver to the latest version but the problem still persists.
It is the Nvidia Reflex option. I have also heard that you need to reinstall the game to fix it. There was a patch today that sets that setting to default being off.
@@RespawnedGent ok so turning the Nvidia reflex off did solve the issue partially but I still get big fps drops (im using an rtx 1060). but yeah it just doesn't feel optimized since this update. Especially when I first load into the game it freezes the screen before spawning everything all at once and doesn't load smoothly. And especially when I engage in combat the fps drops a lot for a second and keeps dropping Maybe Techland can release a hotfix in optimizing loading the game?
What is the way you people go to level up Legend skills? I think the bottom row looks most appealing to me, since I don't need upgrade in weapons since I got the One Day in Harran OP 2tap weapons, and ranged I will get the Ballista bow. So either the kicks, recovery or explosives damage for me.
I’m just now realizing that the night runner legend outfit is basically just a reskin of the legendary outfit that’s kinda disappointing. Still gonna grind out for it cuz it’s probably the best looking fit in the game but still kinda disappointing
2:26 that’s not actually the outfit from the nightrunner ending that guy in the end was wearing shoes like a ninja has where the the big toe is separated from the other toes and he was wearing gloves that were not covering the fingertips not to mention he was wearing a bag
the glitched weapons are stronger since they 1-3 shot everything no matter what it is, but if you don't like to use glitched weapons then the ones form the chests are really good especially with the legend level upgrades
I'm working for the legends mode since before this update I've been replaying the game so I had to beat the game again and I'm getting close to legends mode
So do the all zombies types grow in level to as you progress too? Cause if they do, leveling up is just a cosmetic thing. Being level 250 - fighting level 250 zombies is the same as you being level 2 fighting level 2 zombies. I never understood why that's a thing in all reality. I'm sorry my ignorant question. Not 100% sure why that is happening. It should unlock. Try fully closing and restarting the game. If that doen't work then uninstall and reinstall the game
go to the extras tab of your stash and equip it from there. If it is already equipped, then make sure to not have it toggled off. To check this, on the inventory screen on the bottom, there is a button prompt that says toggle outfit. Use that to make sure it is actually showing.
Am I the only one who doesn't count the new skills? When I look at my statistics, it just says error everywhere and the damage remains the same as before 🤔?
Anyone know or is having the bug where you load into your game and it’s just a black screen but you can still hear the game audio is there a fix? On Xbox btw.

@@RespawnedGent yeah i found it out thx , i guess they changed it after the latest patch , because before it was saying how much attack from legend points the weapon would get even if you just hovver ove rit , and same was for stash also , under bows etc. not you cant see these bonuses in stash only on your inventory! and i was wondering how are my modded weapons so low dmg since i have storm of blood mods and other similar modded mods :P and when i pressed buton i saw the real dmg my biggest one is the new halloween scythe with 2789 dmg lol
You can't, once it is unlocked it stays. Unless you rollback your save but that could potentially erase hundreds of hours depending on when you completed the game, dlc, or last main mission
It is a bug. Try closing the game fully and see if that helps. You can also uninstall and reinstall the game. If those don't work then reach out to techland
Quite sad that they didnt add in the fist damage like the first one where you could just run around with nothing but your fists and beat the crap out of everything
They did, if you want that you should upgrade brawler. It increases all damage for all knuckledusters, kicks and punches. This does also include dropkicks, airkicks and vault kicks (and other skills related to these).
