@@WELLNESSWHIT Yes - Providence has more of a city feel vs North Providence. North Providence is not as developed as Providence. East Providence is the most developed off the three. Make sure to reach out! 401-297-6231
@@WELLNESSWHIT also providence attends to have a high crime rate I was born in Providence and used to visit a lot also the news explained how people are just getting killed for nothing down there if you have moved to RI or live in Ri I suggest the places to stay away from are central Falls and providence and in my option Woonsocket I was raised in Woonsocket the bad aera and the grown up within the projects Rhode island is a beautiful place though NGL I love Rhode island its a fun place two
Hey Devin. Very insightful overview, greatly appreciated. My girlfriend and I will be aiming to move to RI in about a years time when she finishes school, so this has been very helpful. Do you have any videos that would be good to get a feel for that more rural/Vermonty real estate market?
Having lived in the east bay area my entire life, I feel you left out a huge point. Bristol, Warren and Tiverton are very close to Fall River. Which has plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It is a great selling point for those towns.

Another great and informative video. I moved to RI last year and chose wickford. It's an absolutely perfect location for me: historical coastal small town feel that is not too far from Kent County shopping.
I disagree when you mentioned Warwick not having coastal, lol. We can walk to the beach and so can 4 other Warwick neighborhoods. We have beautiful bay views, fishing, swimming, boating, and kayaking, fishing in Warwick.
Thanks for commenting on our channel. Yes some of Warwick does have a few beaches and a little bit of a coastal vibe but when people think about beaches and being on the coast, Warwick is not what people are thinking when it comes to the Ocean State.
Brown University is not in East Providence, but on the east side of Providence. The east side is a very affluent area, at least was when I was installing alarm systems in the 1990s. The city of Woonsocket is definitely not Rural. Lots of apartment houses, but also lots of close together single family houses. And, there is a Pawtucket/Central Falls MBTA station that has opened up in January 2023.

They don't call us the Ocean State for nothing! This video didn't nearly cover all the little charming coastal villages right on the water: East Greenwich, Apponaug, Wickford, and Watch Hill off the top of my head. Warwick is very coastal but has more working class vibe than upscale southern towns like Narragansett and South Kingstown. Warwick schools are terrible BTW. Warwick has a great historic village on the water called Pawtuxet village where Gaspee Days parade and festival are held every summer.There are loads of things to do and sed in RI, and its just a short trip to Boston or New York if you want to branch out.

Beautiful state, but overpriced, over taxed. My parents moved into this home for 69 thousand. They passed, and now Zillow clamed it's worth over 350 thousand . Two bedrooms, one bath, 950 sq. feet.

Bruh I am born and Raised Rhode islander from providence moved to Woonsocket lived near Bristol County and mass then I moved to Kent County and a other location in Ri I have been to Newport Ri and Jamestown Ri I've been around Rhode Island.
