@@TransparencyBodycam Hi, my surgeon recommended to not sneeze much during the first three weeks :) whenever I sneezed, I did it with the mouth open to reduce the pressure that could happen in my nose but I dont remember it hurting, just try to minimise the pressure ☺️
Hey, the first few days after the surgery I had anxiety yes, I got used to only breathing through the mouth after 2/3 days. The fact that my nose felt stuff, was itchy and the blood flowing in my throat got me the most anxious. My surgeon recommended not to breathe through the nose for the first three weeks, it depends on all the surgeons I believe, I hope this helped you a bit :)
