Very happy with the draft picks. Bower was a weapon you don’t pass up and the rest were solid players at needed positions. Jackson Powers-Johnson JPJ is going to be a flat out nasty dawg on the line. Well done Raiders.

Other than TE I agree on the positions drafted but Telesco ain’t it. The value for the guys we got is all over the place and the picks just felt out of order. I mean perfect trade down opportunity and reasons at 13 and you go BPA vs Position, 3rd rd you finally get a OT but he’s a developmental player projected to go 6th rd. You missed on getting a Solid RB, You missed on getting a true Pass coverage LB in the West who has Speed demons everywhere. Just overall the Players without the Rounds are a C+ with the Rounds this is a D

Drafting on day 3 has almost nothing to do with GM and HC. They work on the top 3 rounds. Everything on day 3 is up to your scouting department. Telesco therefor has 0 history in drafting in the later rounds. Those pucks were all the Chargers scouting team.
@hackermcmulligan5692 We don't, actually. There was a major staff change after TT and AP were given their jobs. Scouting, position coaches, coordinators, etc.
Before that Eisenburg pick we should have took the risk of Rattler or Jordan Travis. That was such a pointless dumb pick. We needed a rookie QB to battle it out with the other 2, technically back up QBs we have.
