Yes. Exactly. It probably had a lot more to do with the fact that she had to cut out all the convenience foods she was relying on because they had no-no ingredients, and just had to eat real food, and was just plain mindful of what she was eatin, which in itself helps you lose weight.
Kelly I struggle with weight loss to. I was just on Wegovy and it made my mouth break out and it caused lymph noides to swell. Now I’ve gained weight back. And it is so frustrating

If it was only that easy "I read a book". I love her, but this weight loss has Ozempic written all over it. Very popular drug, you are seeing all sorts of celebrities dropping weight like nothing (Oprah, Jessica Simpson, Mindy K, Kelly Osborn and the list is growing). I just hope that she does change her habits because this method of losing weight is very dangerous.
When you eliminate whole wheat, rice, and oatmeal, etc. this can often lead to a low-carb diet, which results in quick fat loss for many. When insulin lowers, the body can let go of fat and it often just falls off with no exercise.
I thought she just admitted that she also used a weight loss drug that her doctor mentioned to her which is similar to Ozempic but she said it is not Ozempic .

I’ve always admired Kelly’s talent. Cute girl. Can sing like crazy and can write. Never really thought of her as being over weight. Just thought it was her body style and she wore covering up types of clothes for her own reasons. Now she’s blossoming and I can tell she feels so much better about herself. I didn’t see that coming. When I used to be clicking around the channels I haven’t cared too much for her show beyond her opening song if I happen to catch it. But now when I click by and see her interviewing someone and shes showing her sexy thighs I stop. She’s not so shy anymore. Good for her.
Dr. Gumby has something right, but most things wrong. He's selling supplements that works with his theories. I have his book as well, the leaky gut part has some research behind it. But he down plays the importance of meats due to his religious beliefs.

She did not took the gummy’s. She took the easy way out and that’s OK. Stop taking the gummy. It was only sugar junk in your body. I eat bread and I do exercise. I don’t need the other junk that they’re up there. They wanna get rich.
I cry total BS; celebrities are all dropping crazy weight due to ozempic and Kelly Clarkson who has been obese for years says it's all diet???? She has never seen a workout and we are supposed to believe she dieted all that weight off? This is simple; she got married and gained 100 lbs, her husband left in shock at her weight gain, and now she says she dieted it off. Gimme a break. She'll weigh 250 again by next year.
I couldn't stand the bulky dresses she wore in the commercials. They looked like bedsheets knitted together. I dont know why they dressed her that way?
nope I've been on it for half a year and eat less than 3 bucks a day. When you eat cabbage, carrots, and olive oil thats not expensive. Skyrocketing medical bills from not being on it is a lot more expensive.
I thought Kelly Clarkston “loved the way she looked.” She said this when she was heavier. I do not know how anyone could sustain that type of “diet” and not exercise. Rubbish! I will take a bet that she will gain all if not more of it back!
Mandy Schmidt....I use to be very heavy but I never liked the way I looked. You cannot tell me that any person loves the way they look when they are that heavy! That is what we tell ourselves because we are embarrassed by the way we look. People that are heavy like Kelly Clarkston usually has underlying issues that are too embarrassing to talk about. Health does have a lot to do with it but it is more emotional health. Mandy, unless you have been morbidly obese then I don’t really think you can comment.
