@@mikerochon2508 the equalizer is in the "music" app, if you press the icon of a person on the side while in the app, you can find it

There should be a shuffle button and you could try to click it again

I have the same problem. This device has a mind of its own. It is very difficult use. I cannot set continuous play. The player has the potential to be very good but the software stinks.

@@trevoraloysius hi, I realized that the best way is to put your songs in folders. I used to play songs from the “file manager” app but now I’m using the “music “ app, it’s the CD 💿 orange icon. I hope it works for you

No haha I've tried before and it's not suitable for this as I think its too small to have any apps on it or it will ness it IP badly x

I'm responding to you using my own Q5 and the answer to your question is when you play a song, a little bar will show at the bottom, right? Yeah, click it and there is a small button near the middle to the left and below. Click it and it will sort through shuffle an loop

@MaximillionDuncan thx you so much for replying. I'm actually trying to completely stop the shuffling. I already made the Playlist in the order I want, that's why the shuffle drives me crazy lol thx again have fandamtastic day

I pin the reset option but it didn't work, is there any additional thing I need to do to reset it?

What do you mean by that?

What I mean is if you go on RU-vid you can't rotate the screen so you can only watch videos vertically

@@estherlevy5171 i dont think theres a way to make it landscape, but possibly through the youtube app if you can get it through apk or the play store, but idk if you can

@@mddramatist --- The device comes with Hiby Android App. If it shows the sideways "8" that's the Shuffle. If you tap until it shows an A inside of a Circle, that is "Loop The Current Album." Like an old cassette Tape player with "Auto Reverse."

Visiting the different places where this question has been asked, I'm beginning to believe the Q5 has more than one interface . . . when I tap the Music icon on the home screen, I get the folder view . . . with Internal Storage and SD Card 1 showing. I have tap the folder. I presently have my songs in BOTH folders (only adding them to the internal storage tonight). If I tap on SD Card, I see my songs. I was careful to name all songs in the same format "01 - Song Name", "02 - Song Name", etc. so they would play in the order I wanted. I see a circle with an arrow (play button) that says "Shuffle All". If I touch that button - either tap it or hold it down, it plays . . . in shuffle mode. I have no other options. I have selected all songs and tapped "Enqueue (next track), but it stills shuffles. I'm lost and frustrated and ready to give up on this thing. It seems nice, but it just isn't doing what I want. But thanks for replying.

@@mddramatist ----- It might be trying to play from the File Browser instead of the Hiby App.

@@kitsunegiblaze8022 There is that possibility. But Hiby "opens" (screen logo appears), then it simply shows my two folders.
