Thanks for your advice! My daughter just got into USC! We live in OC. Do you recommend having a car first year in case she wants to go home on the weekends?

Glad it was helpful and congratulations to your daughter!! I definitely think having a car on campus is efficient for going home and going out on the weekends, however i think the parking pass is like $200 per year, so if she doesn’t go out that much I don’t think it’s worth it. I didn’t have a car my first year and would use the metro station! :)
