So love your video! We have sailed on Disney many times however our first Concierge sailing is coming up this Feb, I can absolutely confirm that Disney customer service is TOP NOTCH no matter what class you are sailing!! We have sailed with 2 staterooms (family veranda) or just my husband and I in a regular stateroom and the very few times we've had an issue they have went out of their way to make it right! LOVE MY DCL!

My wife, Kate, travels with a mobility scooter, if you ever want to address that issue. We have 15 DCL cruises under our belts in addition to NCL, Holland America, and Royal Caribbean cruises.

I love your podcast! If we book a last minute cruise (one month before) are there still benefits to sailing concierge on the Magic? Is it easier to get Palo reservations? What about excursions and other bookings?

The benefits past the booking window are - you can arrive whenever you want, no PAT for concierge. You get the concierge services onboard which makes getting dining and other bookings easier once you’re on, and also means you get access to the lounge and higher level of service. So, still some benefits for sure!

We will be sailing concierge for our first cruise soon! Question on the alcohol in the lounge - are drinks only avail after 5pm or would we be able to have a mimosa or some Prosecco/wine during the day before 5?

Drinks are only available from 5pm to 10pm in the Lounge. They also have had a drink trolley recently that comes by concierge rooms once or twice during those times.
