I never comment but as a trini and Lucian living in the UK, you guys should have been warned to prep from April. Cardio needed to be your best friend as Carnival in any of the islands is pace. Allyuh had a good time but the next time it will be even better, also make sure you’re listening to the soca music before you go down. Then when certain tunes drop you’ll be more in the vibe. When the Lucian lady at the hotel said to the guys “you are Lucian and you did that” I was howling 🤣🤣🤣

Okay I have a lot to say. First thing I was thinking was Amina being this early at the airport, wow…. Then I remembered Paris, you ain’t been late since but so efficient you travelled same day. Secondly, the way you loved Premium Economy, you defo have to try Business Class. That will be your next upgrade in Jesus name. You’re effortlessly hilarious, water rafting, Lizard gate and running away ‘I just got here and I’m already wet’, bedding up the boys, you sleeping every way, the list is endless 😂. Thirdly, so glad that you put your feelings aside and made sure to enjoy yourself cos I know the feeling of feeling out of place cos you’re underdressed (ps now I overdress majority of the time, as the feeling of being overdressed, looking smelling and feeling your best is a lot better, even if it’s not that kinda vibe). Finally, (cos I can’t be dissecting everything now!) there’s so many St Lucia vlogs on this platform, this is one of the best I’ve watched, defo influenced me to go so thank you for capturing all you did and bringing us along 👏🏾 Edit: oh no wait sorry, wow wow wow wow wow…forgot to say how good you looked throughout and even more so in your costume 😍😍

I am probably the only American who is genuinely confused at the switch of the accent for certain words or phrases. Don’t have a problem with it. I’m just intrigued. Like we don’t just bust out in a different accent to express ourselves so it’s interesting. None the less..great video!

I was upgraded twice in one year to first class (domestic flight to NY, and a flight from Turkey to Zurich), and it never happened again since. Either way as much as I enjoyed the experiences, I still can't afford those prices but I'm almost to my next mileage award and I'm thinking I should use them towards a flight upgrade for my 30th birthday trip. (Once I decide on the destination 😅)
