Thank you for covering this deck. I've been looking for decks where I can splash the bystial package and I think this is the deck that would work for me comfortably. Been considering Dragon Links and runick bystial but with the recent banlist I think I'm gonna pass on those decks for now lol
Yea no problem, glad it helped! Unfortunately, the hit to wyverburster hurts thunder dragon a lot so we're gonna have to update the deck but this deck has some gas for sure!
@@kingmahde1 Eh, not really. Playing with Wyver + Collapse + Chaos Space, it was good when I saw it, but it was kind of awkward and I didn't see it all that often. In addition, it's kind of redundant with the Bystial engine. A lot of TD builds I saw didn't even run it.
@@SuperSparrow45 i wish i agreed with you on this one chief because the reality is I'm gonna have to play without it now. Chaos space to search for levianier or lubellion as well as the dragons is huge. The 2 chaos dragons set up an easy disruption with hiearctic seal and the cost payment for chaos space can be beneficial if discarding a td. Very synergistic and not awkward at all since it always ends on a disruption from 1 card.
I'll definitely plan to have a new td video very soon, but to be honest with you having a 3rd roar and 2nd hawk isnt good for the deck. The optimal ratios are 3 dark, 2 roar and 1 hawk. Ive played a 2nd hawk in the past and it didnt help or hurt much, but there's better options for that space in the deck.

I've been talking about this on stream since the hit to wyver does stink. Honestly, wyver was some good tech for the deck but I wouldn't say there's a replacement. Take out collapserpant and hieratic seal from the extra deck. Consider if you want to run chaos space to search for levianeir or lubellion, but with some free space you can add hand traps or board breakers up to you.
So many SR and UR cards 😭 I just bought 3 packs of Thunder Dragons and I am missing SO MUCH. But I can’t play with what I have because I am getting absolutely CLAPPED with just sticking to the archetype
Do you dismantle the SR cards you dont use? You should be able to craft many of the core cards with just SR material and the number of UR is actually less than most decks. Pure TD will get you clapped up pretty hard, so i feel your pain there. Luckily, most of the chaos and bystial stuff is SR.
I'll answer based off of the most common hands that I see while playing this deck, because obviously it depends on what's in your hand. If thunder dragon, chaos space, bystial lubellion, aloof or battery man solar get ashed/impermed then i typically have follow ups. If the eff of roar or dark get ashed it can get a rough, but I can usually end on some kind of disruption or collosus still. Hope this helps.
@@raffycruise4465 Is the climb to where hard? If you're trying to make it to master, then yes. Anytime you're playing a rogue deck it's going to be difficult. Hell any deck is hard to get to master with. Going from silver to diamond this deck should do pretty good! In terms of misplays, you can always recover but u may not have the best end board. Like i said in the video though, this is a pretty easy deck to play. I'll use it today on stream if u want to catch it.
Chaos Angel is good in a lot of decks, this one especially bc if you summon it with a light & a dark it cant be destroyed by battle and is unaffected by activated monster eff.
