I like the theory that chai is extra durable because he has personal harmonic abilities and instinctively can summon barriers to lighten impacts And that’s why there’s a little affect every time you take damage

During the scene where Korsica was about to get fired (lasered) and got saved by Chai, Korisica came out of that situation basically dying, whereas Chai was unscratched. If you think about it, that also tells you how durable Chai is in comparison to a normal person.

I gotta say..... Chai’s strength and durability is pretty impressive. Bro hit 3 Vandalay bosses so hard that they exploded and managed to destroy two giant robots (the second robot he didn’t do alone but he still cut his arm off which is still cool). Chai is fucking strong as hell. Holy moly.

Chai may be considered to be a defect to all of Vandelay, but there’s no defect that can withstand being tossed around, punched, crashed through walls, windows, or exploded, and electrocuted without a scratch like him! And after all that, Korsica’s the only one that’s able to knock him out with her staff😅

You forgot that one attack Mimose does where if you don't dodge it, she lifts Chai in the air and bitchslaps him thrice XD

Korsica's strength is really something after all these hard hit he never faint but she can

I keep wondering what kind of upgrade he got to be so damn durable. And his face, too. Man, the amount of times he landed on his face was no joke

Okay so to recap Chai's various 'eating it' moments: Got punched in the face and went through several walls and a floor, flung into a fence, bashed in the gut, electrocuted, flung from the force of an self-destruct and smacked into a screen, caught by a rope snare and shot down, received a piledriver and backbreaker, dragged by the ear and kicked down a hole, blown away and beaten by a baton, went headfirst into a window and fell on his face, stubbed his foot (we've all been there), thrown into robots, got ragdolled in a crashing vehicle, ambushed, fell out of a vent onto someone and then flung onto the floor with a cat locked on his face, got treated like the catch of the day only to be thrown away, shot out of a cannon only to bounce off a blimp and crash through another window, bumped while sliding and landing on the butt (wimpy moment), and finally got smacked into and slammed through a vault door. And that's only the moments in this video. I liked to see how they would be able to explain how Chai is able to survive all this, in-game I mean.

I am convinced that this is the best cyberpunk story of all time just from the tone alone
