@@eldios3666 hardstyle used to be an underground music and people used to dance to it (dance was called hardstyle too). I did learn how to dance too. It was 10+ years ago though. Nowadays hatdstyle got a different meaning.
@@AxymoonI’d say hardstyle became synonymous with working out early 2017 I remember listening to baby zyzz then and then the rush came for that music and everybody that worked out started making hardstyles at home of different songs to pump them up during leg day make them feel like they had injested 5 scoops of batch 21
@@Ismael___607 Yeah, but music does help your mind ignore your body's lies, telling you that it feels tired and is low on energy XD Music causes your brain to shower your body with happy-feeling hormones that allow you to ignore fatigue, etc. to some degree, basically. At least, that's what I think happens. My knowledge on the topic might not be in accordance with what actual experts think on the matter.
