It was nothing compared to this, but the first armwrestling match I ever watched was the one between Devon vs. Jerry, and I was like wtf this is pretty intense. I was instantly hooked. "COME ON JERRY, FIGHT ME!" and "I'M WAY, WAY, WAY TOO STRONG!" -Devon. I thought Devon was this huge asshole in the very beginning, and it took me a bit to realize what makes him such a legend. But yeah, Matt Mask was on a whole other level of intensity here.
Matt is histerically hilarious 🤣 Though, him expecting a fair setup instead of fighting for it is quite unexpected for someone so experienced. But what a genuine sportsman & human being. Kudos, man. Please, come back stronger !!!
@@nvmffs It's the name of the game , like it or not, Matt should have known better considering that Devon's one of the best at taking advantage in the setup.

This was the only match I couldn't saw entirely in the streaming due connection issues, but anyway was an amazing event and enjoyed it from start to end. Congratulation to Engin Terzi, so far this was the best of the seven pay per view events I paid for in the last 24 monts. The level of the pullers was amazing and some of the fights are now instant classics to keep in our minds and hearts forever. Thanx to everyone involved, from a humble fan from Spain.
Prudnyk might be a better armsrestler, but he's a worse sportsman and that makes Mask the winner for me. Dude's got no problem admitting honest defeat and that's awesome. It's always so deflating watching these matches that are fought in setup rather than the actual pull.
I think style matchup really plays a significant role in determining who wins and loses. Ermes, who managed to beat Genadi 3:0, said that Matt's hand is the toughest he's ever faced and even more so than Vitaly's. Yet Evgeny just breezed right through it.
If Matt were able to work on armwrestling full-time, like these other guys get to, instead of working a thousand jobs, he could definitely compete on the world stage. He has incredible physical gifts that he simply isn't permitted to hone on a limited schedule - long lever, wide shoulders, huge hand. As it stands, he's basically an excellent hobbyist sitting just beneath these guys. I hope it doesn't discourage him from coming back. I also like the respect to each other, despite the fiery nature of the match. Prudnyk gave him a big hug, and Matt tells him, "See? You didn't need to fuck around. You are way [up here]..." while holding his hand up high. He's telling the man that he's levels above him, so just get in there and pull.
Really looking forward to Matt future match if hes really serious when he said hes going to focus on armwrestling and quit smoking. Would be nice if we could see 270+ lbs Matt with full hair.

Beside people wont get this chance to see anything if we ALL do like you. I just wish that Core Sport gets reprimanded and learn something vital from this. Thank you for uploading the match as I didn't get a chance to see it live, I believe you know why. I understand Matts frustration and I respect him a lot but at the same time I have not seen major rule violations from Evgeniy. Good match. Imo Evgeniy was just too strong for Matt in all variations...

The coolest part about this is Matt wasn't being the way he was for no reason. He knew Prudnik had it in him to fight him and win, and still managed to be super respectful about it in the end despite the heat. He just wanted something real & craves the experience of arm wrestling like Devon does.

While Matt is entertaining. He never wins, really doesn't have the strength to compete with top tier comp. Why go all the way out there to lose, and I think he lost twice at this event. Concentrate on your day job. I'm rooting for you, but your making a joke of yourself.

I feel like Matt never got a real chance to shine here and show his real power and strength that I've seen before he expended too much energy on emotion. You should also try to get on Devon's workout regime cause it would boost him through the roof. Very disappointing match didn't get to see anything happen here just sucked

Man idk I feel like matt just hasn't been taking pulling seriously as of late. He looks alot smaller then he used to. It's because matches aren't as steady as they were when WAL was doing there thing so I think Matt just hasn't been juicing as much as he used to or training as much for that matter . We all know one of the main reasons matt went. It's for that luxurious lion's mane head of hair he's soon gonna have from that hair transplant he's getting while over there lol.
