Another tip is to blow dry his hair as soon as he’s out the tub. Especially since y’all keep the AC on. Also, no more milk it causes more mucus. Only water and juice, mainly water. And when giving medicine use a syringe. It comes with Children medicine. Just some tips.

If he rarely grabs his ear but now is grabbing it might want to check if he has an ear infection. And if he is keeping y’all up at night crying definitely ear infection. Hope he gets to feeling better soon!

Also I rarely go to Walmart these days. For moms I think Walmart delivery/pick up has been a life saver and time saver. I wouldn’t be taking my little one out sick and risk others getting sick even if it’s a cold. I always kept my babies home even before the pandemic .

Bri just a recommendation, try giving Evi his medicine from a syringe instead of the little cup. It gives you a better chance of him getting all of it, easier access into his mouth & it might look less intimating for him ☺️🤗 good luck, a sick baby is the worst!

The house is so big it can collect dust easily. Buy an air purifier to sleep in the bed room so it help Evian. Hope he doesn’t get sick often.

I’m only asking cause he has some tendencies of someone with autism, the biggest one I see is his hands, the movements he makes, him being irritable to certain things.. please don’t take it the wrong way, Autism kiddos are beautiful, every child is beautiful. ❤️

Bri, I like to add Vicks to my kids feet, chest, and back area when they’re sick. And a little bit on the tip of the nose to help them breathe…. My 10 month old baby got really sick last month to the point where she slept resting on my stomach while on her knees because she couldn’t breathe because of the nose and congestion :( it’s heartbreaking when our kids are sick 🤒

My son got sick from the AC being on too, and when we got it serviced it had mold!! That’s why he was getting sick 🥺 try getting your AC units serviced. Hope this helps

People please don’t take your kids out sick unless it’s really needed. There’s so many other kids out there with weak immune systems, or have asthma. My son is the same age as evi and when he gets sick he is down bad on his breathing. Clearly we can’t prevent our kids from getting sick but we can stop spreading germs by trying to be more careful and considerate of others.

Just a little mom tip that I learned from my mom. When you’re baby sick to not give him milk because it causes more congestion & boogies. Pedialyte mix with half water or Gatorade. Also toddler Claritin the bubble gum Chewables works so good helps with his breathing and boogies give him one in the morning & one at night. I Hope he feels better soon.❤️

They make Vicks shampoo for babies it always helps my daughter feel better when she has mocos. The vicks shampoo in the warm bath loosen everything up for the kids. A humidifier will help Evi sleep better and be able to breath while asleep. Also a nasal aspirator will help you get the mocos out better. You're doing such a good job with Evi just hang in there he will be feeling better soon.

I dislike when I’m trying to park but I can’t because there is a cart in the way.. I also think about if it’s windy and a cart is in the wrong spot and it can roll and hit a car.. I would be mad if that happened

Aww poor Evi n yes girl same here I’m on day 3 of no sleep wt my lil one from not being able to sleep due to being congested.. what the Murillo twins drinking wine now turn up with wine now lol yes girl I used to do that with my shopping cart too but after my son got a job n the hot sun n pushing carts I started feeling bad n don’t do that no more n put the shopping carts back cause poor guys lol

You shld get a humidifier especially during the cold months cuz its so dry it will definitely help.. also buy the oils yo put in the humidifier i get the (breathe easy) or (breathe sinus) oil drop those help soo much nd smell good..

We move to our new house.. we notice every one got sick(allergies, stuffy nose) it was the ac. It was dirty. What you can do get a professional/company to sanitize it. Ad to clean the vents and the returner. Ours was filthy. Now its so much better no one gets sick.. You can make some caldito de pollo, add alot of ginger. And add some noodles. If he likes it only give him the noddles with the caldo. To get his immune up

My 2 kids and myself just got through a cold as well. Try to sit him up when his sleeping and yes get him a humidifier and put eucalyptus and if he has fever balance motrin and Tylenol every for you 6 hours. Keep him very hydrated. Also put vicks on his little nose. Also nasal spray to help loosen up all the mucus. Hope he feels better soon.
