You probably already know this, but those bottles are quite collectable. I'd keep them and clean them up. This truck is really solid looking. Great find.
Great video. There are some funny one-liners in there: "Grandma's not going to be happy about that..." (Josh) "I think that's illegal folks." (Josh) "This is as close to time traveling as you're going to get." (You) That mouse nest is disgusting. It's awesome to see your progress. I hope you keep uploading.
Ey thats whats up!! Just found your channel and honestly loving the series so far that 69 c20 is looking mighty fine i got a 69 c10 myself that im working on so i can relate to you on that but man i wish i had your paint bc the paint on my truck is a little worse for wear and that’s surprising considering i live in AZ and i got myself an AZ truck but anyways love the videos man!!! 😂👏
Such an excellent truck you have! Solid rust free vehicles make such a nice foundation for your creativity. Love that original paint color too. The mice need to be thrown out because they are no good and carry plenty of germs. Their urine causes lots of rust damage too. Their free ride is over! Looking forward seeing the adventures you will have with this gem!
@@chevytrucktaylor9102 having a good rust-free base makes things a lot more pleasant for budding car/truck enthusiasts. You are way ahead with this one. Once again, a nice color, we have an Ocean Mist colored 1966 Oldsmobile which I may start featuring on my channel, there is a nice story to share. Keep up the enthusiasm. Glad the mice are being thrown out!
That's awesome 69' and 70' trucks are basically mechanically identical except for a few cosmetic changes. Best of luck with it! My plan for this truck is to get it cleaned up reupholster the seat, polish the paint, fix the brakes, and just make a really cool daily driver with it.
It’s called Protect-O-Plate with the serial number and owner’s name. The owner took the truck to the dealer for service. The service tech would verify the numbers and start to order parts.
I use to have a 1969 GMC half ton long wide pickup I, was going to invest a lot of money in it but unfortunately I've gotten laid off from my job and I ended up selling it three years later. I've read a comment were Robert suggested you to save them 2 bottles and I have a suggestion of my own as well wheather you keep them or sell them . You ought to one day take those bottles to one of them antiques road show you'll never know how much is worth after being apprised.
@@chevytrucktaylor9102 Usually it is because of the seat. The mice have a galore of material for there comfort there. Its their piss and shit that causes rot and corrosion. Nasty little creatures. I haven't seen any video footage of your upper windshield area 😕. 👍🤞
