I would never even think about forcing my parents to move into a retirement home and take all of the money out of their savings and sell the house because those are some of the most despicable decisions I could have made. I love my mom and dad and I would never ever want to do anything considered a betrayal because if I did, I would never forgive myself and they along with my sister and other relatives wouldn’t either. Tanya’s gonna have to learn that lesson the hard way.

I was adopted at 6 fr an irphange. My new parents treated me with kindness but mostly loved me unconditionally. They gave me a wonderful life. My dad died when I was 19. My mom wked and continued supporting me and made me into a strong compassionate woman. I took care of her and was by her side through her weaning years. She gave me so much. I tried to be a thoughtful and loving daughter that she deserved. I'm not saying that everything was perfect all the time but I never forsaked her. I think God for giving me the parents he did. I believe he made good decision for me throughout my life. I'm 82 and have a good life with my 87 yo husband. I raised two daughters who I feel are both good children. They are both christians and I feel have led an explainary life. I tell you this because when we treat people right God will lead us into great things and great things bear fruit. ❤❤❤❤

Good people are hard to come by and unfortunately for Tanya, she had to learn that the hard way. She was so self-absorbed that she ended up alone in life. Carrie on the other decided to take a higher path and reap all the benefits of good karma coming to her

I have my own house now. I told my mom that if she ever becomes sickly, she's moving into MY home. Pops didn't die in a nursing home and neither will Mom. This video upsets me because I have an aunt who is just like Tanya.

I was the caregiver for both my parents, when my father was still able he would spend time with my siblings until they tried to force him into an assisted living facility. He cut them out of his will. It was an interesting time

When I lost my mother, my sister and I went to her place to get some things. Everytime I wanted a knick knack that was special to my mom and I my sister would say mom had promised it to her son or daughter. The last straw when I was getting my personal items and tried to claim had promised them to her kids. I told that she was lying and being greedy. I took stuff and told her clean the place out of anything she thought would get her money and I'll come back in three days and find some things that will remind of mom. That was 1987 haven't talked to her since.

To some extent I pity Tanya. I have been in Tanya's shoes more part of my youth days. My mom always favoured my elder sister over me. But in my case, it so happened that when mom was on deathbed, I & another sis took care of mom. The most favoured daughter of mommy, couldn't care less. However, mom died in 2015.

It broke my heart when I had to find a retirement home for my mother who had dementia, but I did move her to one that was near enough so that I could visit often to make sure she was being looked after. And took her out for afternoon tea etc. Even when she didn’t know who I was, I couldn’t just abandon her!

Come on yall be for real. Stop being hoodoo'd by emotions of the actors and the videos cause yall wanna sound fantastc for these creators. Mother was clearly gaslighting her and yes actually treating her other daughter like the golden child. She couldve taught her daughter to stop being careless and wreckless. The older generation always puts a label and uses that label for life as if we cant change. The daughters hurt of the mothers actions and you keep allowing her to lack accountability or apologize. Most parents these days will be put in nursing homes cause they neglected a child into adult hood. If they want their child to change. They have to apologize to their child for whatever they may have done to hurt them. All that neglect no matter how small, has an impact on your kids. But since you all are mother figure lovers yall cant see through a childs pain.
