This is a good edit. I think my only issue is, when Knowby is reading the passages, it's a lot more intense in the first movie's recordings, which I think was better because it makes more sense for Cheryl to freak out.
Interesting you spliced in the name of the book from the original film and didn't use the name from Evil Dead 2. You know, because The Evil Dead refers to the book as Naturom Demonto, and Evil Dead 2 refers to it as Necronomicon Ex Mortis. Personally, while most people think they're the same book, I don't. I'm almost dead certain they're different books. Especially with Evil Dead 2013 and the recent comments from Lee Cronin about Evil Dead Rise. Edit: I was wrong. The audio you used is from Evil Dead 2. But while the recording uses the name Naturom Demonto, the intro to the film uses the name Necronomicon Ex Mortis.
