Holy shit when you said that was a whole 4 minutes, I said "aint no way" in my head & had to actually double check the video timer. That's crazy. Felt like a minute at most. Evion is definitely one of my favorite dancers of the current generation.

Honestly evion and Eugene were providing the same things in many areas whether that be flow, changes in rhythm, extensive vocabulary in certain pockets, or even just the ability to play around with certain concepts and just creatively thinking but evion just showed so much and it looked effortless but what the doc was saying about them +10000 hours is really true yes evion said he just let his movement dictate what he would do next but it takes hours of dancing experimenting with certain pockets having a good foundation that you can always utilize whenever you get stuck while experimenting so that you get to a point where you’ve kindve dipped your toes in every pond there is that your body allows you too so that whatever pocket your in you are comfortable and can respond because it’s not a foreign thing too you but again that takes years of doing very long lab sessions intentionally exposing yourself to those weak areas where you may not have as much vocabulary and just building BTM offers shit that the battle mentality could never offer because your placing your creativity in a box so that it can suit these 1 minute 2-3 round battles that we watch all the time
