NEED FAST TRACK SPECIAL COURTS TO HEAR AND GIVE VERDICTS ON DISPUTED ELECTION RESULTS AS TO AVOID DELAY IN VERDICTS WHICH ARE PRONOUNCED AFTER SEVERAL YEARS. SOMTIMES VERDICTS ARE GIVEN AFTER THE'MEMBERS' ENJOY THEIR FULL TERM.
