@@AbyssHaru Even when doing something dangerous, doesnt negate that you can take some caution so you dont end your life and or someone elses. Shits already dangerous enough 😂
That for real gives me vibes of NFS Carbon canyon runs. Those viewes in the mirror also 😍 For whole 5 minutes couldn't take my eyes off this run. Even though it is extremely dangerous, it is contagious. I dont have a fast car, but I sometimes come to the nearby mountains and drive the routes on full attack also and it brings immense joy and adrenaline. But gotta keep it single line to keep other safe)
Even the skipping off track left and right at 2:10 is a mix of good car control and the stability of the car. Some cars would’ve veered off when skipping the road surface and re-entering at high speeds like that
I've seen hell of POV videos of maaaaany many cars. This is the best one I've ever seen. Tell's the world you don't really need hypercars horsepower on public roads. All you need is a car with decent power (300-400), good traction to take it to the ground 100% of the time and brakes, skills, knowledge of the car limits and knowledge of the road. Congrats bro. Just a curiosity...do you know anybody that can beat you in that road?! Hahah
@@harrybarrett5085 and of course I guess you've got a "superunbeatable civic" on twisties and you think your driving skills are better on public roads isn't it? Not a chance to beat that car with a 100hp one mate. Don't be that honda fan. There's more stuff out there. All cars have their good attributes: JDM, Germans, US....everything! Open your mind and you'll enjoy cars even more.
@@franciscocabrerabrito5945 He's got a point. But idk why he said 100hp 🤔 Some Hondas hit 300hp with enough money poured into them, and their weight makes them eat up touges. I've seen some wild shit myself, I'm sure there are atl a few vids here too
I’m Italian and we have really good roads here (like this in the video), but new I’m living in Moscow, I’m now owning an Evo 7 and I’m suffering everyday for the lack of roads like these in the video 😔
Just from judging the way your driving your technique is top notch and I can tell you know the road inside and out. I'm planning to build a Evo 4 for touge in a few years. Great video man
Night Hawk it’s beyond shit lol. His racing lines sucked the whole time during Lofty in particular. It’d be pretty easy to match the same speed staying within the one lane.
@@willmalliotis9341 I'd love to see a video of that one hero.. Because im highly doubting it. You sound like you havent actually driven that road at least not at speed. You probably think you are going faster than you actually are.
@@jamesduff05 much the same at windy point which is why i stopped driving there. There's way sketchier touges up north that are far less monitored than down south.
I like reading the comments of people who never drove on a roads like this when it’s dark. They don’t understand that you know if someone is coming from behind the corner thanks to someone else headlights in the night.
Yes this is true but from expirience I would say on some blind corners you will see the oncoming car but barely have enough time to react. If you are confident double laning late at night with the small likely hood of seeing cars than you will probably be fine as long as you accept the possible outcomes and their likelihoods
@@BackroadBender ''on some blind corners you will see the oncoming car but barely have enough time to react''. Spot on , it's just not worth it. Cutting doesn't make you better it's just flat out dumb.
@@brianbradford3363 Or they could just get good and if they can't keep up without cheating they can just man up and deal with it and just accept they can't keep up and that , it is what it is.
Good run. Of course people are gonna be crying about danger but you can clearly see headlights coming and know where to watch. I highly doubt you're gonna cut a completely blind corner risking crashing your evo lmfao. Good shit man be safe.
this was an amazing watch and you are an incredible driver, however some of the blind corner cutting was a bit much. definitely could have still had pace and fun without taking such large risks, if another driver was hustling the Touge in the opposite direction it would have caused a nasty head on collision
how's it going? just curious lmao. sold my rig and waiting for some decent content to drop/ AC2 to drop to convince me to buy another. also, if you want to make a half decent rendition of the road see if you can get in touch with whoever made the santa monica mountains touge, not visually top notch but close enough to make the road a blast.
@@blanchimont5587 It's alright, I currently am upgrading the touge as we speak, if it looks good, I'm probably going to release it and sell it to Touge Union so, I can get good money out of it lmfao. Also, my Logitech G920 gas pedal died on me so, I'm broke rn and trying to save up for a new one, maybe G20 or Thrustmaster xD
@@gakidomo9561 don't bother with thrust master and go straight for fanatec. If you can bear the $640 for the direct drive ready to race bundle, go for it. It will be well worth it
