I'm glad. Hope it all worked out. I couldn't find anything on RU-vid when I first got it, so I figured to post it since someone might be able to use a visual guide. I'm not a fan of the paper instructions.
Does your radiator guard have a small gap at the top? Mine does and just trying to figure out if that's the correct way it should be or if mines messed up somehow.
@@_take.five_ same place you got yours it's not a huge gap but doesn't totally sit flush at the top. It's just at the top the rest is flush. I mean it covers the whole radiator just at the top it sticks out maybe like 3 to 5 mm
Oh, ok. The distance between the guard itself and the radiator, not top to bottom. Gotcha. Then yes to your question. There is a gap and I think part of it is the rubber spacers they provide. TBH, I didn't even notice it when I bolted mine up since I didn't completely remove the radiator end plates to mount the guard. I figured as long as it's not rattling against the radiator, I'm good.
@@_take.five_ I replaced my front turn signals and had to take those side fairings off to get to the wires I didn't pay attention to the top either when I put the guard on so when I re installed it saw the gap and was like what in the world. Lol Thanks for replying as I looked everywhere and couldn't find a thing about it. 😄 👍
