What wheels are those?

two front tow hooks?? and way overboard with the suede interior. mixing radium rail with fueltec regulator?? wut why? it clearly makes power with the big ass turbo.. but all the rice exterior would make me think that the internals arent set up correctly for a turbo that big.. this build makes me have alot of doubts about it....
