I love how they tried to make Bald Bull more of a face of the Punch Out series considering they gave him the cameo in Arm Wrestling. They wanted more for their Follicly-Challenged Bovine Boxer
@@therealboomshlamian700 Tyson's file was in the game's code yes, but in the Gold Famicom Cartridge, the credits would roll after Super Macho Man, Bald Bull was on the sticker of said gold cart
Same number actually. Bald bull was in every game plus the arm wresting one. Lil Mac was in every punch out game plus the doc Louis spin-off on the wii
For casual player of Punch Out, Bald Bull is the perfect example of facing your fear & anticipation head on. Fear : Bull Rush Anticipation : Landing the punch on the bull
What's interesting to note is that in the first game, Bald Bull inexplicably gets a longer intro than the other fighters you face between Glass Joe and Mr Sandman
I like to think of it as the start of his career, he looses to bootleg Mac and then goes insane over the games and by the time we get to wii he's full blown mad
@@mikeax24 Plus super punch out seems to take place before wii considering Aran wasn't as far gone as he is now (although he's 23 in both, so if may have been a short time distance)
With the exception of Arcade Super Punch-Out, this guy has appeared in every game in the series, even the obscure Arm Wrestling game. Not even Little Mac has such a distinction if you don't count Super Smash Bros. treating his debut date as December 1983.
After you're done with everyone who was in more than one game, you should compile everyone who was just in one game (Mike Tyson, Nick Bruiser, Doc Louis (technically), Donkey Kong, etc.) into one video.
Infractions: Attacking the ref will result in a ban for life He is applying hot towels (you can only apply a cold towel in boxing) Throwing dumbbells in the crowds
It's an understatement that every Punch-Out player, independently from any version has always missed their dodge/duck timing when he started to make his spinning jabs
I just noticed this, but when you beat bald bull in the arm wrestling mini game, Mac is wearing a sweater with the letter V. In super punch out, narcis prince wears the the same kind of sweater. Coincidence?
@@hazzesanimations8212 at this current time if it's not echo fighter you might as well mod all his skins like what people did with sm4sh mods and echos are always already there at launch yeah there's not much hope(if it actually exists why would you pay for an echo fighter tho)
This is why I think if punch out got another character in smash bros, bald bull has been in so many punch out games literally missing only one official punch out game. Not to mention the games that aren’t punch out related at all, like two wario wear games and the punch out tutorial thing or whatever.
On his rematch on NES, whittle his health down till its just below the second tick on his health meter (almost down), then let a star fly for the knockdown.
Fun fact: I dunno how this got past the censors, but one of Bald Bull’s lines in Punch Out Wii translates to “Hey Doc! Are you here to get him SPANKED?” I don’t care if it’s in Turkish, that’s not a good line of dialogue for a video game that shouldn’t be M rated (yeah and Punch Out Wii is T rated despite this line)
I’m a little less sure on this now because in the title defense version he hits the right side of his head and the bruise is still on his left. Granted this is a game from 2009 but Nintendo is usually better at little details like this
I don’t really know way, probably because the developers thinks it’s really cool that you earn your first belt by countering a Bull charge (Which I definitely agree)
