The black suit in Ultimate Spider-Man isn't worth the grind, it's just a skin. Doesn't do anything different compared to the regular suit you wear.

A whole summer wasted on finding that last damn secret token. I thought I'd be able to unlock a new game plus where I got to go through the story again but this time had the venom abilities with the black suit like throwing some objects to take down bosses easier and increased strength. Maybd higher jumps, no fall damage, something I don't know! But all I got was a skin that changes nothing and there's literally nothing else to do in that game afterwards besides free roaming. A waste of a summer

Not really, Eddie's compatibility with the symbiote is above 100% which is why he's so strong with it, all the symbiote really does for Pete is give him some extra strength and stronger webbing

Peter doesnt give in to the full power of the symbiote, but Eddie does, besides, he has a stronger connection with it than peter ever did. Also, are we just gonna forget the fact that the symbiote got to deadpool before reaching Eddie?

You missed the Black Amazing outfit in 2012. There are 2 black suits. The Raimi version and a black version of the Amazing suit.
