From the original theme in Super Mario Bros, all the way up through Super Mario 3D World, take a listen to the castle theme as it has changed over the years!
I’ve always liked the castle themes for making the player know they are going into uncharted territory, with lava, traps, and the Koopaling or boss at the end
No Koopa’s Road? I know it’s not a castle but technically you could throw in Peach’s castle theme too lol. Other than that great video man! P.S NSMB castle theme is the best :DDD
I couldn't imagine the New Super Mario bros (DS) castle theme in any other new super mario bros game. It just wouldn't fit (unless it was given the same sounds as the wii, then MAYBE)
The Super Mario world theme I think is so good like you feel like your a hero going through a fake castle and then you see that glimmer of hope the rest are good as well but doesn’t capture that same feeling only one I didn’t like really at all was new super Mario bros ds it’s just way to high pitched and I’m guessing that’s just cause of the tech at the time
@@Pyro03333 I'm just judging the music as somebody who didn't grow up with it and I know everybody has different tastes in music I was just saying my opinion
Some people say Yoshi's Island isn't really a Mario game because Yoshi is the main protaganist. And it's the first chronological time Mario meets Bowser, so there was no experience until, release-wise, Mario fights Bowser starting from Super Mario Bros. back in 1985.
