Used to remember the days when I'd rent it along with the other old school Mario Party games from the video store so often to play with friends later, memories...
Actually i play Mario Party Superstars with a friend. 30 Rounds on Peachs Bithday Cake. And we mostly play with money. He sets 5€ and i do aswell. And the winner gets the 10€. And MOSTLY i win. But 2 Games were absolutly CRUSHED by chance time ... First One he traded my stars with a CPU. I had 9 and the CPU had 2. And my friend had 6. LAST ROUND btw. Second One he traded all my Money with himself (he had 22 i had 233) And then i lost cause he got the coin star at the end of the game. Had 2 More cause he got the star not me, i lost. All other games i won ... Chance Time ruins everything ... Families, Friends, EVERYTHING :D

Fair enough man. Was an interesting version of it too with your character, or the CPU having to play a pachinko-style machine to determine what will happen.
Hahaha, it is really one of those memorable moments that will last a lifetime when it happened with your friends all huddled around the TV. Whether it was good for you or them haha.
Yeah, I wanted it to come back to Super Mario Party. If it ever did, it would have been on only Mario Party Mode. The prizes (in my personal opinion) would have been: 5, 10, 15, 20 Coins, 1 Star, Trade Coins, Trade Stars, Trade Coins & Stars.
The funny thing is, Bowser's version of Chance Time (which only appeared in the first two Mario Parties as of this comment) is, ironically, much less punishing than the real thing. Literally the only thing you can lose is coins. This being BOWSER we're talking about, you'd think he would take something already tension-inducing and make it the bane of every player's existence, but nope.
This also takes coins out of the economy instead of giving them to another player, so at least you aren't directly helping an opponent Oh wait someone already brought this up oops
Thanks for bringing this up too. Lately I've been quite busy with work and a whole lot of other things (especially during Christmas time). I will look into this when I can, I knew I forgot something in particular =)
@@LukeClifo I mean it's sad the announcers voice that says 'Chance Time!' Was only for three games. Not the Game itself going away. For me half the excitement comes from that sound clip.
Everyone hates chance time unless you get 3 damn stars and then you praise it for 5 minutes then immediately lose it because someone landed on that space to AND TOOK THE STARS YOU JUST GOT
I will say that Chance Time in Mario Party 6 like aside from Swap Coins/Stars, the rest is always favored to the person on the right like that is bias right there.
Not only is Chance Time back in Superstars, there's a damn achievement tied to landing on 15 Chance Time spaces. I think Nintendo hates us. _(At least I finally got that achievement out of the way)_
