It would be amazing. But nowadays the graphics are already very advanced and always trying to get as close to reality. I find it difficult to make such a big leap in graphics quality nowadays.
@@THEGAMELIST also, we were used to very low-polygon graphics due to the graphics processor depending heavily on the use of rasterization, which nowadays is completely pointless due to the high polygon capabilities of modern-day systems and or GPUs. Also very big thing to consider, is that nowadays all GPUs have at least 2 GB of VRAM to do their thing (as well as more streamlined instructions for the graphics to be more efficiently processed), while on Gran Turismo 1 we were still with the Great Bits War of home consoles, and at the time there was no home system that had more than 32 MB of RAM when the PS1 launched in 1994-95.
@@THEGAMELIST You're wrong, there are still many graphic jumps waiting for their moment to jump, you just have to wait and let the graphics get better every time.
We're near the peak of what GPU and CPU's can do without much better cooling. The graphics jump between those was on account of the new hardware of the next console, all games are made to work on the current consoles, so the only time you're seeing massive jumps in tech is when the "new" console is released. Even though PC's have had that tech for a while and are already on better, they've still got to wait for the next console.
I'm still amazed at how ahead of their time the graphics for every single entry on this series looks. Almost every game looks like it belongs on one generation further of consoles.
I imagine man. Going from the 2d worlds of Mario and Castlevania into fully fledged geographically accurate race courses. The design holds up really well in this series.
Gran Turismo 1 will always have a special place in my heart: a black Honda Prelude, Autumn Ring and '"Sweet Sixteen" from Feeder. This was my first ever step in the world of Gran Turismo.
Gran Turismo is my farvorite racing game in my life part of Gran Turismo my farvorite is 5:54 is gran Turismo 6 is my farvorite part of gran turismo series because gt6 is lot of cars and cool beautiful scenery location
It would have been nice if you had put circuits like the Nurburgring or Circuit de la Sarthe in Gran Turismo 4 to show the true graphical difference between GT3 and GT4.
All my life I have been an Xbox guy but after playing grant turismo games I have grown to like them more than forza motorsport/horizon games and I’m saving up for a ps5 so I can officially own gran turismo
