Same here. The flame rasengan, the double rapid rasengan and the fire style dragon flame bombs/rasengan were the coolest jiraiya based ultimate techniques.
It's not a nature manipulation, it's a simple combination. Much like the combination that Naruto did with Yamato to put out Kakuzu's flames, so it's not considered a completion
that was completely different, that was the introduction of 2 jutsu to create a new one. This fire rasengan jiraiya created would've been a complete rasengan if it was in the anime, but the game designers (and probably even kishimoto) didnt think that far ahead and think of how the rasengan was an incomplete jutsu without the change in chakra nature.
They should've revived the flaming rasengan from storm 1 to storm 4 just like Kisame's Storm 2 UJ. In fact, they should've revived the old uj's from storm 1 at least and shortened them. The awakened UJs can act as an alternative UJ.

but in terms of the ultimates i just find it sooo fucking annoying that certain characters have 2-3 while characters like jiraya, orochimaru still have one!!! and they don't even have the one's from storm 1... again it's fuckery how we barely get any bew content but they want to have dlc packs already... so you want your fans to spend $60 on your half assed game so they can spend more money on dlc filled with content that should be in your half assed game by default

Gawain Uchiha he means unlike Naruto who used the change in chakara nature to create the Rasenshuriken, he only adds a fire elemental jutsu on top of of. So kind of like when Naruto and Saskue used the Amateresu and the Rasenshuriken together that didnt mean he had perfected the rasengan with a fire nature.
Seeing the Pains, and Jaraiya battling it out with his last lingering breath made me sad. That gigantic rasengan will always be memorable to me with the quote ''give up?...... you will never MAKE ME!''. I miss pervy sage. Rip Jaraiya. The tale of Naruto Uzumaki still goes on, and Boruto also the Naruto Gaiden series is medicore. Shippuden after the pain arc was the downfall of the sequel.
Guys maybe jiraya actually managed to add his fire style to the rasengan but knew the risk how it would affect him like naruto he nearly lost his hand using it against kakazu hence why he never used it. Also jiraya couldny perfectly master sage mode so he would never think to throw it.
One of the greatest character in naruto series, to bad they seems forgot he's exist The ultimate ninja series was great but the storm series somehow feels like didn't pull out his full potential
Considering that Rasengan is a jutsu with no nature,and chidori is just rasengan with lightning nature,it totally makes sense that a guy with fire nature chakra could also put some in to make a new jutsu
+Uzair Afsar that was union, they combined both wind and lightning and their chakra has to be in sync, kakashi probably just used lightning to cover the rasengan which probably failed
I honestly wish Kishimoto really missed out on two things with Jiraiya. 1.Being that he never told Naruto that he was his god father and knew trained his dad. I fucking knew it as a damn kid! 2. Was that he never made hellfire rasengan canon.
Fie thise of you wondering how wind attacks eont work on fire attacks they will only power them and make them stronger it seemed jiriya had found a way to mix the two different jutsu's and apply one to the other
