0:51 Did the left guy just use himself as a drum? Edit: People pointed out that he is actually using the guy next to him as drum, thats even more badass
@@M0T0RDETH nah The japanese version isnt translated its gibberish the japanese didnt even care about translating the finnish version to Japanese instead they made it gibberish
As a Finnish person myself, I feel quite happy to see how my culture has branched into this from a simple tune in the 1950s, I'd like to thank the people who personally like the song itself. :)
No idea what it says, but is a good song. It has to be good, is the only reason it survived and is know all over. Im from Brazil and know this song for ages
1952 : internet does not exist. 1998 : internet exist and got millions of people using it. 2007 : a 3D animation with hatsune miku dancing on it. 2019 : this video uploaded in 2017.
Imagine showing this latest stuff to those 1st guys who invented it, the evolution is crazy and the fact this song lasted and became a meme, although it was a meme from the start anyway.
@@The_Last_Seleno no, they wouldnt know, but these "funny" songs are a part of finno-ugric culture in general, they would have a vague concept of trolling and memes, without knowing these terms.

@@jacen884 do you even understand how project diva or vocaloid works? The cover was made before and then since it's became popular they decided to use it as the tutorial (not to forget that this is when Miku got her signature leek). 'Exemple' with the padoru song. Jingle bell: exist Fate dancing game: exist Someone make a cover using the vocal of a vocaloid : sing padoru Fate dancing game: add the song to their dancing in the tutorial since it's the more famous. When you buy any vocaloid who belong to Crypton and make songs/designs out of them, be sure that Crypton can use your song and make money like they want out of it because you used their voicebanks. (This is why yamaha's or 1st place co. are better vocaloid to use if you really want to make a living of it).
For those of you who dont know, the loituma version just has an added scat segment. It's not even the whole song. I think the version on memes is simply a looped version of the scat verse.
@@catnip9022 lol go ahead and try to insult the drummer but atleast he got a soul unlike you hes blind and before calling people "stupid ass" please go get a brain.
@@ngl.youneedtostfu7374 are you actualy that dumb to assume someones age based on swearing. also u have a roblox profile picture that invalidates any of your arguments
@@catnip9022 This is what happens when both children and adults are given internet. Use kids make the most random things, and so do the adults, then what ends up happening is history repeats itself, but gains or loses some new things. I'm Gen Z, and I get into songs from like the 1700s and earlier that are more folk cause of awesome people on the internet and in video games who bring back all the old songs.
@@IKDBro im gen z but since im from a post soviet cpuntry always have listened to folk songs and some half modern ish russian songs but kids in the west havjng been there take full offence 99% idiots god help those cpuntries since some people keep it alive and the rest ruin it
Im from Finland and that levan polka from 1952 was... Well... Those lyrics... They were wiiiiieeeerd! Almost i didnt even understand and im fron Finland xd
All of them are good, it's a good song to start with, but the VOCALOID scene has my heart and soul in a vice grip and that Miku cover is just very charming and nostalgic for me.
Raccoon Child to be honest i really just don’t like the vocaloid cover, the second cover is my personal favorite. i’m not sure why, the vocaloid scene just seems..annoying?? but, nonetheless, it’s your opinion and i can respect it.
@@enamelalchemist heh....i guess I'm part of small society who respects other people's opinions......i mean you don't see someone post a comment like yours everyday :P
man created the song: no im not popular Miku: ARATDAPDAPPARIPARILALALALAOPPAPAPAPAPFAAAANSJSJSNSNSMAKSKMSDNJSMSMSMMSMSMSKSMMSMSMSMSMSMSMMAKALALADEJAVU Miku herself again: oh yay im popular just for speaking alien (edit; this is just a joke dont take it seriously)
This is gonna be a pointless comment. I think the concept of miku is a great idea. Although her singing this kinda ruin the song(coming from a anime fan myself). I (almost) always love the original version of songs better and this is no exception.
@@LiamH2004 hatsune miku just has a part of the song in them lol its its the same song in them all, but in those anime versions they just use the fynny sounding refrain.
@@Flying_Tori well idk if im just hella gatekeeper to this song but i just dont like it when ppl act like finnish culture/language doesnt matter and you can do whatever gibberish you want to it
