Out of all Metal and Mecha Sonic designs, the one in S&K is still the coolest looking In 2nd place I'd put the one with yellow eyes in SA1, at least that one appeared in the comics even if short-lived

Gensis S2 robot is actually Mecha Sonic, the comics called it Silver Sonic because of the 8bit counterpart (which is also a Mecha Sonic in JP)

Mecha sonic is NOT silver sonic he is a combo of metal, silver and other of eggmans robots, they are two separate creations. You can say silver is part of mecha's evolution because he is part of the design, but if this is the case, why is metal not here? Even if this was the case the video would no longer be mecha sonic's evolution but the evolution of robot sonics.

I think your getting the universe of SMBZ and the Sonic games confused and also according to the concept art Silver Sonic was always called Mecha Sonic so I guess we can call him mk 1
