Mobile gaming has come a long way. I wish we get another story FPS games like NOVA or Modern combat

Gameloft was in their prime around the early smartphone era, especially with Asphalt and Modern Combat

I still have Modern Combat 3 and N.O.V.A. 3 on my phone. Probably the best single player and story based mobile FPS games that I've played. It's like having a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Halo/Crysis in the palm of your hands. 💯

Modern combat 3 was truly ahead of its time

Bullet Force was a hella fun CoD ripoff for mobile (before CoD Mobile came around). It was the simple run n gun modern shooter that you'd hop on for fun. Also I remembered popping off even with the basic guns, it was pretty balanced IMO

Modern Combat may have been a bit of a shameless Call of Duty knockoff, but you can't deny they were surprisingly good at the polishing part of it. Modern Combat 3, for its time, still looks pretty good.

Looking back at these old Mobile titles, remember when Gameloft was the best mobile game developer when it came to making games that pushed the limits of your device especially when it came to FPS? Now look at them, nowadays they are just a cashgrab company that gave 0 fucks about game balance or how the game plays, the only thing going for their games is graphics which will be beaten sooner or later with how many upcoming AAA titles that is coming to Mobile. Kind of funny how chinese companies that has only entered the mobile markets for FPS games around 3 years ago are more competent at making shooter games than Gameloft that has stayed longer.
