That GBA one is a serious pain. Sure, it doesn't look too hard, but when the boss needs 9 hits and has that long of an attack sequence, it's really frustrating.

I consider his GBA boss fight the hardest one I have with a crash boss, and it is because I haven't played crash nitro kart yet and do the velo's challenge, and the N.gin's battles in the classical trilogy aren't so hard as I thought and N.oxide in CTR was just a little more hard than N.gin for me, I still don't play twinsanity and I haven't fight with N.oxide in crash bash

Fun fact: Michael Ensign - N. N.tropy is like the elemental masks from Wrath of Cortex: A great villain with an amazing concept behind him. At least it's was awesome to have him as the main Time Trials guy in CTR.

Even Oxide is easier to “unlock” than him in the original CTR considering the only way is to use GameShark, while N tropy needs to be unlocked by defeating his time trials The remake took this even further, you only need to beat Oxide boss in Adventure to unlock him, N Tropy when you’ve beaten all his ghosts in not just CTR tracks, but CNK too

Coming from a guy who isn't really into Crash Bandicoot, I can honestly take the originals performance more seriously compared to N.sane. N.Sane's delivery of N.Tropy felt slow and overacted while the original was straight to the point, and held alot more annoyance and....professionalism behind his voice.

I like the new version of N.thropy more over the old one. He says a lot slower speech in comparison to the old one. Also he attacks of fireballs are more predictable to dodge thanks to the colour on them, however I find his waves attack are a lot faster compare to the old N.throphy fight imo.

I think sound effects took a nose dive... All the old attack sounds were loud and intense, as with most remakes the new sound effects are very toned down. I also actually prefer Him talking faster, it makes it sound more natural like He's actually pissed off and not just reading a line from a book.

I like to note these things, I like to think about if We had the best of both worlds, like beefy sound effects, super fluid animation, which for some reason the PS1 bosses seem like they have better animation (honestly don't know why I think that) and very good voice acting.

Also well I don't mind the graphics in this new game, only biggest flaws are the weird jump physics & momentum and the high amount of load times, not as horrible as compare to Crash Bandicoot the Wrath of Cortex & Sonic 06. As for voice acting, I only like/care about Dr.Cortex, Lex Lang, he is my favourite by far and memorable, so funny and emotional.

Andrew Gambino PSN Apperently Twinsanity had serious time constraints or something. That's why the game feels unfinished and short lived. They had so much planned but shit happens. It really sucks. On the brighter side, at least it's a fun game. Many "unfinished" games that suffered short deadlines end up mediocre or just bad such as sonic 06.

As Butt said, it was mostly because they had to cut stuff from the game, to actually make it to the estimated launch time. And even with the cut content, the game is really entertaining, and when they released the stuff that was left behind, it's incredible how that was missed, since it looked really promising. Post ND, i believe this one was one of the few that would explode the potential of how actually Crash was. If VV is actually thinking on doing more remakes, most likely it woul be CTR, Wrath of Cortex, and this one. And idk if they will consider remaking this game, or just remaster and add the cut stuff, like the Stormy Ascent DLC.

I love how he even looks back as the clock collapses before threatening you, as if he's going "Wha?....OH DAMMIT NOW YOU LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO!!!" I like the added groans and anguish whenever Crash hits him in the remake though. "OoooOOHHH!!!"

Let me put it this way...the N. Tranced music for N Tropy is really dull, and you'd be hearing it on repeat AT LEAST four or five times. It's so short it'd easily fit into two out of nine of his "cycles"

N.Tropy always felt like a teacher scolding an insolent child or something, sort of a cross between a grandad and headteacher who's had enough of your shit, N.Sane almost did it perfectly, but some of the intonation and hatred was lost in his voice, also pushing the clock instead of hitting it for some reason.

It'll never stop bugging me the way N. Tropy inexplicably creates a path to reach him during his Crash 3 fight. Not that there aren't illogical things that most other Crash bosses do that allow them to be beaten but that's easily the most egregious, _obviously_ stupid example, made even worse by N. Tropy otherwise being depicted as one of the most intelligent, no-nonsense characters in the series.

@@Zomdra I mean, the Crash series (the original games specifically) is known for its heavy difficulty but the original games' bosses were always lackluster. Final boss or not, N Tropy in his debut game where he played a major role in the story is pathetically easy and boring.

I am legitimately curious with Twinsanity, were there some sound effect glitches during production because it seems like some of the sounds are missing such as N-Brio freaking out after drinking that concoction and the “roar” he makes after he launches Crash?
