0:56 - Also, Earthworm Jim's gun is next to the "No Hopers" Trash Can. DKC2 had another take that to Earthworm Jim earlier in the game. In "Swanky's Bonus Bonanza", one of the incorrect answers to the "What is the first enemy you encounter in the game?" question is "An ugly Earthworm". Both these were done in response to the Sega CD version of Earthworm Jim having an unlockable "Worm Kong" mask that resembled Donkey Kong with an arrow through his head, which was done in repsonse to DKC1 outselling Earthworm Jim in retail sales.

I don't really consider Mario Kart GP Arcade as non Nintendo reference since Namco contributed to make the arcade hardware (It was a joint venture between Sega, Nintendo and Namco hence the name Triforce.)

Killer Extinct is also a reference to "Jurassic Park" and there are many other references in Mario and Rabbids, one off the top of my head is one of Mario's blasters, "Hell in a Shell" is a reference to WWE's "Hell in a Cell" Pay-Per-View.

I knew Mario sports mix was on here because I remember playing this with my sister and nephew(my nephew was older than me so I was an uncle when I was born.)We would just play the story mode and stuff and we unlocked all characters ninja, white mage, black mage moogle, cactuar, and slime!!! My nephew ALWAYS choose cactuar because he is so fast!!! The greatest nostalgia of the wii!!!

I think you also forgot about the Sonic parody in Yoshi's Island under the name "Harry Hedgehog", who first appears in a level called 'The Cave of Harry Hedgehog'. With this enemy spriting around and sharpening its quills, this was obviously a jab at SEGA back then, which may sound unsurprising to some.

You forgot about that the fact that in Luigi’s Mansion, King Boo at one point states the line “I will not give up my favorite decoration. I like Mario just where he is.” This is a reference to the line from Return of the Jedi, “I will not give up my favorite decoration. I like captain Solo just where he is.”
