Missed a few unique Game Overs in Origami King: Agreeing to surrender your freedom after failing the first round of guess the sniffit's mood. Choosing to follow Bowser Jr. or Olivia at the 3-way intersection in the jungle gets you nommed by the Macho chomp. Answering the question wrong in the "Shy Guys Finish Last" Sudden Death round. And I can't verify them myself, but I'd assume losing all hearts in the river boat and airship trips lead to game overs as well.
