whenever i'm watching an episode, i'm often fantasizing about this scene in a modern game in gameplay/cutscene lol. it'd be awesome if they make a new game, but after watching the show I think i've found,my dream to be a game designer and create/work on a sailor moon game and some others of my favorite shows in a form of a video game.
Man, this Sailor Moon video game franchise that is licensed is so underrated and it's not very popular. More importantly the creators should've made this licensed franchise more popular, epic, and legendary.
i would pay any price for a sailor moon game made by arc system, sort of the style guilty gear and dragon ball fighterz have. it would be so beautiful and breath taking.
@@seiyakou6138 It existed Already!!! OO It was the Snes Fighting Game, but they don't Name Arc system at the Time! This was the First Game, they made Bevore Guilty gear!
But those games arent near good, the only one that is worth is another story, those mini games and fighting, even the beatem up are horrible. Such a potencial and such bad products
This RU-vidr sells short Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Another Story by choosing the wrong footage to show how much it truly shone! It's dated by current standards, but it let you use a lot of the Senshi's special attacks, including combination attacks! You can use all of the special attacks that you're able from the very start, unlike many RPGs. All you had to do was discover them. Take time to experiment with senshi combos and you can uncover every single one from the beginning. Granted that in the show, the girls didn't fight a landslide of monsters all at once unless it was a finale, but we're talking about an RPG here, so of course there are areas full of random monsters with familiar enemies. That game had the perfect Sailor Moon vibe you won't find many other places. I wish they'd remaster this RPG... maybe in highly emotive and excellent anime-style 3D.
Honestly the beat-em-ups and the fighting games on the SNES aren't that bad. The others are questionable... but what really shines was the RPG. That was excellent, and I guarantee that if it saw a worldwide release, it would be known as one of the greatest RPG's of all time. It'd be on a lot of lists. I think the SNES was Sailor Moon's best era for video games.
As a collector and gamer, I also own some Sailor Moon titles for the SNES, Sega Megadrive and the Fight Game for the Sega Saturn, I used to have a 3 DO and had the Sailormoon for it, which was a really solid game in itself, but unfortunately I had to sell my 3 Do including games, which in itself is a bit of a shame.
Honestly, the best games were Another Story ofc, the Classic and R beat 'em ups, the Super S RIGGED fighting game(Unless you picked Mars. I have no idea why she's so OP in Story mode..), and the arcade one!
Блин, сколько же игр наклепали, но даже у Вас не всё представлены, у меня на канале конечно меньше, но есть и те, что у Вас нет, попробую перечислить)) Sailor Moon war in the Universe, Sailor Moon anime rally, Sailor Circus, Sailor War in the Pacific, Serena's walk to school, Momotan (Sailor V shooting game), Usagi's Treasure Hunt Score, Monsterland, Sailor Moon vs KOF, Sailor Moon Strike, Chi Union's great adventure, Welcome to Nakayoshi park, a pistol for odango (una pistola for odango), несколько версий SMDS (Sailor Moon Dating Simulator), а также Sailor Moon Encyclopedia 1.01 и Virtual Ti 82
Да, много же оказывается ещё есть игр про Сейлор. Я ещё около 5 игр исключил из списка для Playdia, так как для этой консоли не существует эмулятора, и записать геймплей невозможно
Don't know if this counts as a game as it was web-based, but back when I was around 10 there was this macromedia flash game on toonami known as Sailor Moon Robot Frenzy. There wasnt much to it being a flash game from 2000 but feels like a fever dream its been that long ago and I manage to find anything about a game my 10 year old brain barely remembered at the time.
Sailor moon another story is an absolute jewel, as a lifelong RPG player (and fan of the final fantasy franchise) i hold it as one of the best RPGs ever
I would love a collection of the older games localized but a new game would be fun. I didn't even know many of these existed including the second Gameboy game and many of the SNES games (I knew about the first Gameboy game, the first two SNES beat em ups, and the RPG but none of the otther SNES games)
@@roguerifter9724 Sailormoon's biggest misfortune was at the time it had to compete with the biggest titan in the form of Dragonball and Dragonball Z. It didn't stand a chance sadly.
It would be nice to have a new Sailor Moon game, *sigh* that will be the day. I guess only time will tell if we ever do get a new game. I also do really miss Sailor Moon Drops on mobile app. That game was such a gem to me...
No, but you got to dress up ugly polygon versions and look a LQ movie clips. Us Germans got a horoscope, a tetris clone and ads for other unauthentic products.
I'm impressed by the artwork. Even in the Game Boy games all the Sailor Moon characters are immediately recognizable Lots of fighting games with Sailor Moon LOL, complete with movesets from Street Fighter II and Final Fight
Another Story was great. I can't speak for any of the other ones, because I haven't played them, but Another Story was really damn good. It felt like it could have legitimately been a season of the show.
I'm so disappointed because even though the Sailor Moon anime franchise is very popular worldwide, the vast majority of Japanese video games based on this series are never officially released outside of Asia, outside of a few Europe-exclusive video games.
In conclusion, Sailor Moon deserves and needs a proper RPG game. I’m even willing to learn Japanese just to play it, in case it never comes to the West >.>
We really need some NEW Sailor Moon games, and maybe a Sailor Moon MMORPG Online game or even a Sailor Moon MOBA. PS. Any chance of 90s Sailor Moon Vs. Sailor Moon Crystal (with enemies and friends from both Sailor Moon continuities?)
This is depressing AF. We vet 1000s of DBZ games, but no love for Sailor Moon! I played the hell out of drops, earning costumes and characters. It was so amazing and of course they pulled the plug. I can't believe how neglected SM is
They took a gorgeous anime/manga about magic girls and their quest to search for crystals or pure hearts, leveling up and learning new powers....and turned it into the ugliest genre of video games: beat them ups and boring puzzle games that have nothing to do with the soul of what Sailor Moon is
I don't get why we have soooooooo many games with Sailor Moon punching and headbutting in the streets as a delinquent. I don't remember any of that in 200 episodes.
Is it a constant evolution when the first GB game presented is probably better than any of the mobile releases presented at the end? It's been 20 years since playing Another Story. From what I recall it was a standout of all the games presented and pretty much on par with what was expected from a JRPG at that time. Surprising to see that it was only followed by more shovelware
3:18 Is it true that this was ArcSys’s first ever fighting game? Also, if Sailor Moon were to have a big budget, somewhat ambitious game, like Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot or One Piece Odyssey, what genre should it be?
All those cute Sailor Moon games & the only ones that made it stateside were Sailor Moon: Another Story (fan translation SNES) & 3D Adventures of Sailor Moon (Windows PC).
Seeing how amazing Dragon Ball FighterZ was by Arc systems works, I want to see the studio make a sailor moon fighting game or even another company make a JRPG
I would love if they made a Remake for Another Story using the technology we have now! That game is a excellent RPG and could be easily as a new season for the anime too! 🌙
I played a few of the SNES Sailor Moon Games on the SNES Classic, yes they work on it, the beat’em ups are okay, the traditional fighting games are really good, I still need to get around to playing Another Story. I’d love a new Sailor Moon Game in the style of Dragon Ball Fighter Z personally or a new beat’em up like TMNT Shredder’s Revenge.
I really like the Sailor Moon beat em up for Sega Genesis. There's also a rom hack for Streets of Rage 2 that adds a ton of Sailor Moon characters to play as.
So many possibilit9ies and they didnt make a nice decent game with Sailor Moon characters.. The Arcade version I played was the most boring sh.. ever..
They should make a Sailor Moon game in a similar vein to Dragon Ball Z Kakarot and the way that game plays out, have it represent all five arcs, with the ability to switch between different versions of the Sailor Soldiers' costumes (manga, 90's anime, Sera Myu, and even the various PGSM, etc., have it so it appeals to all fans who like different versions of Sailor Moon).
Eryx Channel Can you please do a game evolution video for Blue Reflection? Blue Reflection Ray Anime, Tie Second Light and Sun? It's a magical girl series similar to Sailor Moon mixed with Final Fantasy and Persona. Thank you.
Would love to see a sailor Moon game for the switch where you play as every iconic character and fight every iconic villain from the show as you explore every city and worlds…
the Sailor moon games are good to play the problem is the game developer they stopped operating because they earn much money so many excuses they say they are bankrupt but the true is they earn money some say they can't play salaries to their workers collaborate today no new Sailor Moon games ever make it's been 2024 soon it will be 2025 but the current Sailor Moon games still nostalgic to play it sadly in old obsolete console but it's a good memories to play it
Hm, it's strange to me that most of the early Sailor Moon games were just Streets of Rage but with a Sailor Moon coat of paint. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, it's just kinda strange to see Usagi punching people in the face.
