Tip: When you pull the handbreak up, don’t press the button. Let it click for a few times. That’s the right way of engaging your handbreaks. Only press the button if you’re going to disengage it. You’re doing it in a wrong way the whole time.
but because of your tip the teeth in the ratcheting mechanism may wear out slightly faster but still though, yes, you don't need to press the release button in the handbrake to engage because it will likely not engage if pressed while engaging
Why fortuner 2006 got 2 shift lever? And i saw one when i was a kid at a car dealership that the fortuner has manual shift lever and a automatic shift lever, drives me crazy upto this day
