I love that they made the Yellow Devil in MM11 as quick as the one in MM1. I mean, with the speed gear its understandable. ...If only we had the Speed Gear back then... *Would've saved us a lot of trouble...*

I love that Shadow Devil technically reappeared in the X series (as Shadow Devil) as an allusion to the original villain Dr. Wily. Too bad the X series didn't end there, that would've been a complete circle, and it already had one of the best stories in video game history.

Tips for fighting Yellow Devil: -Be patient -Pay close attention -Drink water before fighting -Don't eat or drink anything with dairy or sugar within 10 or less hours of fighting the Yellow Devil.
I feel like it's a slight missed opportunity only having yellow devil and not all the devils, the reason it's so iconic is cause there's so many of them imo at least
It honestly was not very polished as far as the mega man games go. The second was significantly better, with better boss designs and better sprites. This was mostly apparent in the menu screens, though.
@@whitekittyamberheart7241 yes, every single robot master before Wily's first attempt at world domination, we're just robotic workers, and Mega Man/ Rock was just a helper robot and son of dr. Light before becoming the superhero we see him as today.

you mean Yellow Devil MK2? it slightly different indeed for 2 reasons : 1. the Eye arent Black/Red, its White/Red instead 2. MK2 somewhat have higher shoulders
Mega Man: Holy heck that run was great! Only suggestion is to use the original NTSC version or the Legacy Collection version. From the looks of it you're either TASing the PAL version at 60hz or the Anniversary Collection based off of the different landing sound (it's the same as MM2 in other regions/versions). Power Battle: Can you please use the better sounding CPS2 version next time? The charging sound + sound emulation in general is pretty terrible in that version. Otherwise great run. Power Fighters: Another great run despite the hits. Powered Up: Bumo! Smash Bros.: Idk if it's just me but the light looks like a mobile phone switch. MM11: Not as good of a run but still pretty good considering how the game just came out.
Normally runs at 50 FPS which makes the gameplay and music slower. In MM1 they also changed the jump sound for absolutely no reason. Forcing NTSC doesn't change this either; they went in and changed the sound itself. Otherwise the sound is the exact same as what's in MM2 rather than the one in the video.

Same difference. He has a very similar movement pattern and has the classic electricity weapon weakness. At least I think he is weak to electricity weapons in all of them. I’m pretty sure he is weak to Energy Beam in MM1, and I know he is weak to Thunder Claw in MM8.
You forgot Megaman 8 Green devil, Megaman 5 GB grey devil, Megaman X5 shadow devil. All these devil are still classified as yellow devil due to same pattern.
Honestly, Mega Man 11 Yellow Devil is easy to defeat with just buster. I have no issue beating that guy. Maybe because I replay the past Mega Man games before it came out. Also, I did buster run when I first got Mega Man 11. Didn't even use the robot master abilities.
